Braden and the team were superb from the first contact with them. We were kept up to date at all stages of buying the car. On arrival day to collect the car all the relevant paperwork was ready and the car was in excellent condition. On arrival at Crompton Way Motors we were made to feel very welcome and clearly the whole set up is to a very high professional standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We travelled from Anglesey in North Wales and it has been certainly worth travelling that distance to get a car and service of this quality.

Found what I wanted and contacted them that morning. Arranged to view and test drive that weekend. Really friendly and informative staff. 'Big Paul' was really helpful and talked me throught the process. We had arranged a pick up provisional date, but recieved a call from Paul, informing me that they had found a problem with the sunroof and had sent for parts from Honda dealer. (Many I've dealt with in the past, would not have done) Another call to tell me that there would be a further delay (No fault of theirs) and second date was arranged. Went to pick car up and all was well, All paperwork explained, car taxed whilst in office. Car had been given a service and 12 months MOT., Few papers to sign and I was on my way. A very happy customer. All the staff were friendly, chatty and I never felt under any pressure to buy at any time. Great company to deal with, will recommend to friends and will definitely use when I'm ready for an upgrade. Thanks for a great service.

Exceptional Service I fell across this company purely by chance and wow I'm so glad I did. From initial contact to the car being delivered to my door the service was exceptional.
