Honestly, you don’t find many car dealerships with service like Crompton Way Motors. Paul made me feel comfortable in a relaxed environment—he was incredibly lovely and even more helpful. The team there is brilliant, and I will 100% use them again if I ever decide to change my car (though I don’t see that coming—I absolutely love my Mini!). It’s been ace since I brought it home, and I have no issues to report. Would definitely recommend these guys.

From the start of our experience with Crompton Way Motors, Harvey the salesman was spot on, truly fantastic. He was very honest and explained all to us, even helped us allot with the paperwork which was very much appreciated - an absolute fantastic support. Excellent experience buying my car We travelled 139 miles to purchase my BMW, trading in my Mazda. It was well worth the road trip. Having spotted the car on Autotrader, I did have reservations about it being possible to sort everything remotely but everything went extremely smoothly. Mo dealt with my purchase. He was fantastic, efficient and thorough. He provided all the information including detailed videos so I was clear and confident with the car I was buying. Picking up my new car and saying farewell to mine was an enjoyable experience. All the staff at Cromptons were welcoming and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Crompton Way Motors.

I'd rate my recent experience full marks, so 5 out of 5. Paul in sales was exactly what you want from a salesperson. He was friendly without being over the top, knowledgeable, and really helpful with a few queries I had (like the tow bar). It was well worth the hour-long drive to view the car initially, and again a few weeks later to collect it.
