They were fantastic, pulled all the stops out. Harvey helped source me the vehicle I bought and gave me options. I liked how friendly they were. As soon as I stepped through the gates someone was there. However, I feel there was a problem with communication as it was booked in for a repair and l didn’t seem to get phone calls from them. Apart from that, the repair was fixed by the dealership and I was very much looked after. I didn’t feel nervous and it was a really nice experience.

Excellent service, the salesman Paul was excellent I couldn’t ask for anybody better. Maximum score on everything. I would recommend them to others.

Its my partners car, absolutely smashing, she loves it. I know people who have got cars from there and they said it’s a great experience. I found it straightforward, went in, did paperwork, picked car up week late, everything went smoothly. Paul was smashing. I liked the whole process, no messing about. Can't fault them, went above and beyond. They ordered some mats for us and they were delivered to our house, you don’t get that often from dealers. For a smaller dealership to do that is brilliant.

They are a family run business and have been there for quite a long time and after speaking to them they seemed pretty straight. I saw the car advertised and had a test drive over the weekend, went back week later to collect. They prepped the car really well, immaculate when I got it. Salesman Paul was sound, nice guy. They speak to you like normal people. I would definitely recommend Crompton Way Motors and will go back in the future.

I have used Crompton Way before and will always use them. I have known the family for a long time, Harvey was helping me when I bought the Mokka which is magic! He was informative about the car, let me test drive with no pressure or rushing. It was a comfortable experience, well looked after with coffees and most of all they are all very clear about the car and the purchase itself, its a big decision.

I was looking online for a nice car not to far away and Crompton way had a Citroen C4 I liked at the best price. When I went down to have a look Harvey dealt with me, he was really nice friendly and kept me updated throughout the process.

All great with the VW Tcross, I haven’t had any issues at all! I initially went to Crompton way because they had the exact car I wanted and they were really accommodating when I went down to look.
