Mo was great! When I first enquired about the car, he was very helpful and professional. I asked him a few questions about the car, what had been done to it, and whether there was any damage. The first thing he sent me was a video of the car, showing everything that might not have been visible in the photos listed on their website. I’m really pleased with my new car — she’s a little beauty! I’ve already added Apple CarPlay, which has just finished it off perfectly for me. I really appreciate Mo staying at the dealership after hours; when I finished work, they would have been closed, but he stayed late so I could look over the car before leaving a deposit — something that’s hard to find nowadays. I had a pretty tight turnaround, as I was going away that weekend but wanted the car beforehand (only about 3–4 days to get it ready). This was no issue for them — they even replaced the tyres after the MOT showed they were close to the legal limit, and everything was sorted before I collected the car. Crompton Way Motors were amazing, and the car is just as good — I’m really enjoying it. Thank you again, Mo, for all your help throughout the sale; it didn’t go unnoticed.

Only came across the dealer after having a very quick look online, originally I was looking at a Polo but had a quick look online and found the Golf near by, went down to take a look at it and well, the rest in history. The car itself is doing really good and have had no problems with it since getting it. The salesman at the dealer were really good and helpful throughout the process.

My new car drives fine, and the customer service from the sales team was perfect.

Crompton Way Motors have done a fantastic job they definitely deserve this feedback. They answered all my questions and were absolutely great to deal with, not pushy and definitely not your typical salespeople. Paul was fantastic. I mentioned a sticker on the car that I didn’t like but the car itself was exactly what I wanted, and they not only removed the sticker but also ceramic coated the area so there was no trace of it at all. They truly went above and beyond to look after me at the dealership and were faultless throughout the entire sale.

My new Volvo XC60 has been running fine since the purchase in August. The staff at the dealership were great and did everything I needed them to do. I have had no problems, so I would give it 5 stars.

I recently purchased a Jeep Renegade. Since the purchase, I have driven it daily to and from work, and it has been great, I am really enjoying it. Overall, the experience was good. I have had a small issue with the screen in the car, but I have informed the dealership and they are going to help me resolve it, so it is still full marks from me.
