Advertised my car on Autotrader and received the usual calls from Tyrekickers/Spivs wanting the car for way below value.Received a call from Neal proprietor of this car and expected the same spiel from him to be honest.Couldnt be further wrong. .Asked me a few questions,quickly agreed my asking price and within minutes sent a deposit to secure vehicle.The Company is based in Sheffield and I live outside Edinburgh,not a problem.Day/time agreed and I picked up Tony (collection driver and nice gentleman) from my local Station.He conducted an inspection of the car and contacted Company,within minutes cash deposited to my account,and within an hour of meeting Tony he was on his way down the A1.Absolutely first class Company to deal with.In this day of Scams etc I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Company

Staff were absolutely fantastic! James answered any and all of my questions prior to purchasing and Neil was fantastic with delivering the car and his customer service. Would highly recommend!
Dealing with Dean was a pleasure. Went there all the way up from London to buy this DS3. Dean answered all my questions through emails. Got there, he gave us the keys for a test drive. Quite happy with the car overall..not a brand new car but good condition. Got the car with service & MOT as well, so, can’t complain about anything. We’ve sorted out everything within 30 mins and left. I’ve done already 6-700 miles with the car and it still looks good 👍 Would definitely recommend them!

I Financed a Mini Countryman from crossroads a few months ago. The day I picked the car up I was welcomed by the team, Crossroads where very welcoming and sorted all the paper work out for me and even was kind enough to make my personalised plates up there and then! I was offered the best service and couldn’t ask for anymore. I did however fall into some major issues with the car which was NOT there fault! They was VERY quick to respond and sent me a courtesy car within days while mine went back for repairs … Now to keep in mind BMW (mini) Said I had to wait up to 4weeks for a courtesy car if went through them!! Unfortunately due to some circumstances regarding the cars fault I had to reject the car, within hours crossroads return the funds to me and as a very kind as they are let me have the courtesy which was a 27k top spec mini JCW until I was stable! Honestly the guys worked non stop trying to solve the issue and chasing manufacturers that the car went too, I want to personally thank DEAN, MARK and ALAN who got involved with this, for all there hard work! Dean carried on the good professional support as I accidentally sold back the car with my private reg on and he went out of his way sorting that out for me aswell! I will tell all my close friends and family if they ever wanted a car to go to them! And I will definitely be re purchasing a car through this company in the future! 10/10 service and 10/10 in customer support ! Can’t fault them at all! Thanks again guys a great customer service like your selfs goes a long long way! James.

I’ve already posted a review on Auto-trader but wanted to do another one. After having the car for just over 5 months it developed a problem. I immediately spoke to Dean and informed him of the problem and he agreed I could have to problem sorted locally as I lived 35 miles away in Newark, and for the garage to bill crossroads direct. I cannot fault in anyway at all the service I’ve had from the guys at Crossroads Garage it’s been excellent from the very start , which these days is very hard to find. If anyone is looking for a good quality used car with excellent after sales service from a very friendly and honest dealer then you should definitely put Crossroads Garage on your list , highly recommend Mark C

Just wanted to say thank you for restoring my faith in car sales, I purchased a Nissan Juke Nismo from the guys recently and it was the easiest process, with no pressure to buy! The car was as advertised, drives like a dream and they’ve given me some faith back that there are good garages out there!!
