Car went in for a service today after clutch issues previously and air conditioning blowing hot air. They have to be the cleanest mechanics ive ever seen to not get a single drip of oil on the side of the engine when they took the filter off but the engine was still dirty. Did the mechanic get the duster out? No he didnt do the service he just cleared the oil change light. STAY AWAY
Was looking to buy a 19 reg. car they had. Initially made contact via their live web chat. Was told after leaving my details someone would get back in touch. Waited two days, no contact from them. Tried to phone them, no reply. Left another enquiry via the button on the website this time, got a call back the following day, I asked a couple of questions about the vehicle, was told they could call me back. Yes, you guessed it - no call back. Conclusion: third-rate garage, not worth trading with. Imagine you had a problem with a purchase, what is the chance they would help, once they had your money? Interesting point - I have run my own limited business for 18 years. Avoid them like the plague.

After purchasing my car from cross roads it developed some issues which the garage had the car back immediately, gave me a car while it was being investigated so I wasn't without. Once fixed it then had some new issues with once again they fixed straight away with no cost at all while it was under warranty. A year later the car is in for its service and MOT with them with a quick efficient service, very reasonably priced. Can't recommend them enough they completely take the stress out of buy a car for you!

Brought a 3008 4 years old great motor. Low milage. Within a week the parking sensor fail light started coming on in hot weather. Reported it to them as it was covered by warranty and was told because it was intermittent they could not do anything, didn’t even look at it. Over the next 3 month is was more frequent so reported it again and got the same answer. It finally packed up and when I took it in I was told a stone has obviously hit the circuit and damaged it. I have had this checked and no other faults have been found. So there warranty isn’t worth a hoot as they will try and get out of doing anything that will cost them money. Martin will swear black is blue if he can save money. Stay well away. I give them 1 star because I can’t give 0

Just recently purchased a four year old car - really easy transaction with Crossroads Motors. No hassle - everything ready when we turned up to collect. Has to be the easiest car purchase I've made in the last 50 years..... and I've made quite a few!!! Highly recommend these guys.
We recently brought a 14 year old car from crossroads motors.the car was in very good condition and they changed the cam belt water pump and a full service and mot very happy with the purchase. After about 2000 miles the rear brakes started to stick on one side and damaged the disk, HOWEVER THEY WERE only too pleased to help not only did they do repairs for very good price but also loaned a car totally free while the repairs took place even though the warranty was up i would wholeheartedly recommend them . I had a very good experience purchasing my Audi A5 from Crossroads Motors. The process was easy and the dealers were knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in great condition when I collected it and up to now it's running perfectly. The dealership is very local to me as well which is great. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought my first car in 1993 from Crossroad Motors and several more since then. I use them for all of my services and mot's and have always found them to be honest professional and extremely helpful. As a lady car owner this is extremely reassuring. My husband has also always experienced the same helpful genuinely honest service too.
Back in April I went to Crossroads Motors and bought a Vauxhall Zafira. The car is brill, Really good value for money and it was spotless and just as it was described. The sales people were a big help and I have had no issues at all with them or the car! I would happily recommend this dealership.

The customer service from Simon and the team was first class, the car was the cheapest of its kind in the area and it was ready at the arranged time, they also gave it a full valet and an MOT as it only had 2 months left.
