Really love the look and drive of the Audi A5, so when I saw one advertised at Crown Cars I swiftly went for a test drive. Nathan, I think the salesman was spot on in being helpful, friendly and gave me lots of freedom to explore the car in my own time. Without a doubt I would return in the future. A real 5 star experience.

We knew the time was up for an upgrade, our Fiat 500L was feeling a little tired, We loved this car, so we knew we wanted the same type again. Once we had found the car, we got in touch with Crown Cars, and they were top-notch, really friendly, and a happy bunch. Helped us through every step of the way. They kept all their promises, and everything they said would be done was for when we arrived to collect the car. The Fiat has been perfect and still has that new car smell, which we have wanted to drag out for as long as possible.

I have been shopping for my cars at Crown Cars for a while now, and the lads never disappoint. Great cars and great customer service. I keep on recommending Crown to everyone, maybe I need some of their business cards to hand out, which would make it easier for me with the number of recommendations I make. It's honestly a great dealership, I never give full marks to anyone, so don't let my 4-star rating put you off, they are one of the good ones!

When I was on my way to Lidl to do my weekly shop, I drove past Crown Cars, where a gorgeous Mercedes caught my eye, and I thought, why not go and have a look and maybe treat myself? I was kindly greeted by Nathan and his colleague, I'm so sorry, I cannot for the life of me remember his name, but they were both impeccable! Since having the car, I have enjoyed it, a lot more luxurious than my old Yaris. Honestly, I couldn't be happier and would happily give them 10 stars if I could!

After looking around for a more spacious family car, I can't quite explain just how happy I was when I came across the perfect car for me at Crown Cars. That car, being a Land Rover Freelander, really is an upgrade from what I had had previously, and with the high seating position, it is so much easier for me to get in and out without any trouble. The customer service was top notch, and I can't fault the dealership in any way shape or form, and I have already recommended your service to friends and family.

Having seen the perfect car for me on Autotrader, I knew this was something I had to go and see in person, so I arranged a viewing at Crown Cars to see their VW Tiguan. From viewing the car to collecting the car, I do have to say the turn-around was incredibly fast, the overall customer service was excellent, and Adam really couldn't have been any more helpful. Just a great service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
