Bought a 2013 audi a4 from them and wish i hadn't. Phoned to report an issue with the car a few day's after buying it. They took it back to repair, I was given a courtesy car that had no mot and only found that out after getting stopped by the police on my way home. 4 weeks later still not got my car back just keep getting lied to!! Customer service is shocking. Avoid at all cost

I am really happy with the Vauxhall Astra I purchased from Crown Motors. Despite the fact that It was a different colour to what was advertised, It was clean and in good shape. I did have an issue with it but that's been sorted now free of charge what was good. What lets them down is they way they were when I came to collect the car. They just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I would recommend this dealership based on their cars but their customer service skills need a lot of work.

Very happy with the service at Crown Motors. I found the Audi that I purchased on their website. The dealers were very pleasant and very knowledgeable and I have had no issues ta all with the car, it was immaculate and just as described. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
