Absolutely delighted to have received daughter's first car today. All the way throughout the process we have been treated as if buying a brand new car. When purchasing a second hand car, you are always concerned about its history but all questions were honestly answered (and verified with the logbook) and any possible concerns alleviated through what has been a thorough purchase and handover. There was no pressure for a sale at any time and the decision was completely ours to make. I had communicated with Jamie Burton prior to our visit having seen the car on auto trader - he was professional from start to end, as well as very reassuring and quick to give responses to questions even when we were away from the dealership. He helped in every possible way to make our process smooth and as quick as we needed. Thank you Jamie! We had the car delivered yesterday and again, this was thorough and smooth. All questions were answered and there was plenty of time to look at the car and be satisfied for handover. Clearly a great team - would highly recommend. Bought an A class amg Mercedes 2016 with 7000 miles on the clock and what a fantastic looking car, dealt with Jamie on the phone and he was very helpful and I travelled 350 miles from North Wales there and back and would definitely do it again. I was handed the car over by Ben and he sorted the finance and all the paperwork and explained everything! So Croyland hang on to these two lads oh and thank you Ben for putting enough diesel in the car for me to get to the nearest garage which was about 50ft from where the car was parked lol

Salesman didn't tell me the truth about the car warranty. I have canceled my order when found out from manufacturer. They declined my request for a refund of my deposit. Never go Croyland Car Megastore again.

I recently bought a VW estate from Croyland Car Megastore and was thoroughly pleased with service and courtesy from everyone at Croyland.

I was very politely dealt with by salesman Josh who went out of his way to find me the vehicle I wanted though they did not have the right one on my first visit. He located a vehicle sent photos and arranged at my convenience a visit and test drive. A fair price was negotiated and the vehicle was prepped for my collection. Josh was friendly throughout and knowledgeable. I was never put under any pressure and the whole process was very relaxed. The vehicle was in excellent condition and all documentation completed with ease. I received follow up calls to check that I was happy with the car. I would highly recommend Croyland car megastore and Josh an excellent salesmen. Thanks.

Honestly car was neat and clean but staff is not cooperative and very rude. I went yesterday to buy a car and before this visit everything was settled on phone. I done long journey to reach but when I reached they changed their all words and was rudely trying to force me for another deal as they know I done a long journey now I will accept their new deal but I refused them. I strictly advised to be careful when making any deal with this dealer as they are not sincere with customer and very rude attitude with customer. Thanks
