long story short. have been ripped off by crystal motors big time told lie after lie paid 9500 for Nissan qashqai no end of problems from day 1 and now offered 75 pound to scrap it bought it April 2018 it

Great place. No pressure sales, very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Car (audi a3) was provided MOTd and sericed, and reasonably priced. Couple of little jobs needed doing which were highlighted and done without me asking. Will definantly go back and recommend Crystal Motor Company to others

I was looking for a new car, I came across the crystal motor company on auto trader and what a blessing that was, I couldn’t have found a better car dealership, the staff were superb Sam and Clint were great helping me to select the right vehicle. From the moment I walked into the showroom and came away with a lovely Nissan qashkai every member of staff were fantastic and made my purchase very easy, well done crystal motors.

Viewed a Ford Galaxy at Crystal Motor Company after pretty detailed web search over 10 days or so. Everyone there was really helpful when we arrived on a Sunday and it was such good value that we bought it there and then! They resolved a minor problem with a misplaced tonneau cover and even offered to have it delivered to me in Reading - but collected it when I was passing instead. Hadn't bought a car for a number of years and they all made it so easy - thanks to Sam in particular, but everyone was great. Despite living 60 miles away I would not hesitate going back to Crystal for my next car.
