Past my test few months ago through people told me to go to crystal motor company for a car , brought my self a lovely VW polo staff were so helpful and friendly highly recommended !!
I was looking for a new car, I came across the crystal motor company on auto trader and what a blessing that was, I couldn’t have found a better car dealership, the staff were superb Sam and Clint were great helping me to select the right vehicle. From the moment I walked into the showroom and came away with a lovely Nissan qashkai every member of staff were fantastic and made my purchase very easy, well done crystal motors.

Viewed a Ford Galaxy at Crystal Motor Company after pretty detailed web search over 10 days or so. Everyone there was really helpful when we arrived on a Sunday and it was such good value that we bought it there and then! They resolved a minor problem with a misplaced tonneau cover and even offered to have it delivered to me in Reading - but collected it when I was passing instead. Hadn't bought a car for a number of years and they all made it so easy - thanks to Sam in particular, but everyone was great. Despite living 60 miles away I would not hesitate going back to Crystal for my next car.
I don’t normally write a review,but feel the must, as this company certainly deserve it. I can’t fault on anything. Their customer service is outstanding. From the point of calling to enquire about a car we saw to driving our new car away,everything was made so easy for us. Clint & Terry are very down to earth but also very professional too. They kept us updated at all times during the process of dealing with paying off the finance of our current car, to refinancing our new one. Crystal have an amazing array of cars to choice & brilliant finance deals. They will definitely be our first port of call next time we buy a new car. Highly recommend them.

Can't complain at all lovely owner bent over backwards for me as I had problems with my privAte plate can was as described worth the travel as didn't want to be let down 5 stars all the way . Oh he's still got some great pick ups so be quick great vans
From the initial viewing through to picking up the car a very smooth and trouble free experience. Brian the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and Sam who dealt with the paperwork was very professional. The car I purchased is in great condition and I am really pleased with it. In all What could have been a bit of a stressful time was made really easy and enjoyable.
