CSA used car sales - I found to be very professional, easy to deal with and honest. Very positive & A quality service from first phone call through to purchase !
My wife and I purchased a Seat Ibiza from this man a year ago. My wife was due to give birth at any time. He assured me that this would be a safe car for my wife and child. It was provided a with a fresh MOT with no advisories. A year later we have driven just 4000 miles. Despite having spent £715 on trying to keep the car on the road (including new pads and discs- so much for the safe family car) we have had to accept defeat as it has just failed its MOT on ELEVEN different things. I could accept that certain things might fail over a year, but not eleven. When I purchased the car I noticed that the front left wheel was somewhat damaged. I am no expert and accepted his assertion that it was only cosmetic. Apparently not. The headlight bulbs were also facing the wrong way. No one has touched them in the last year. That means that it has failed its MOT on problems present when it was passed by whatever crooked mechanic he uses. His MOT certificates are effectively worthless. He was prepared to sell me a death trap in which My wife and child would travel. I am disgusted with him and his company.

As a taxi company we need somebody we can trust to supply our vehicles. Paul at CSA has been supplying us now for about 18 months and not once have we ever had an issue with any of the vehicles we have had from him. The man at CSA used cars was excellent, He didn't demand a deposit or anything he just trusted me and was a genuine, nice man. The car itself is excellent and I couldn't ask for better.

I was really happy with how everything went as CSA, They are a friendly group with good cars. My only complaint would be I'm still waiting on a second key but that's minor considering the the car is great and the service was excellent.

CSA Used Car Sales are an absolutely first class car dealer! large stock of good quality cars and really pleasant, decent service. A very fair part exchange deal, and a willingness to ensure the customer goes away happy. I got a great car, at a great price, well worth my 160 mile round trip. I'm more than happy to recommend Paul, he really believes in what he sells, and only stocks what he'd be happy to own himself. If only all car salesmen were like this. I'll definitely use Paul and CSA again.
In my opinion I found the people at CSA Used Car Sales to be really good in helping me when buying my car from here earlier in 2015. Their sales approach when I was buying was really chilled out. I would absolutely go back there again.

Very helpful and friendly. I live over 70 miles from CSA Used Cars and the car developed a fault after a few days. To far to keep running back so the faulty part was located and they sent a new one up to replace it. Saved a lot of hassle of going back. Also the mechanic was very knowledgeable on what it was causing the fault. Very pleased with the results

Paul was very polite and very helpful. I saw the car after it had only been with him a few hours. He insisted on refurbishing the wheels and sorting a few little marks on the body work. All of this for no extra cost, when I went to pick up the car it was immaculate...he did an amazing job. He did not need to do any of that but did at his own expense. I have had no issues so cannot comment on that end of things but the car is as it is meant to be, presented well and the whole deal was conducted brilliantly. I will be returning to Paul in a few years for something else. Ade
