Bought a Citroen c3 just over 2 months ago been off road twice 1st time was a week after we bought it exhaust had gone took them over a week to resolve problem kept fobbing us off . Had to take it back yesterday as anti pollution fault on it and keeps chugging waited over 6 hours to be told they couldn’t find a fault wasn’t happy with response so said we was coming to garage within 10 mins was then told they had found the fault and it was a big job as head cylinder had gone explained we needed car back for work purposes and due to go on holiday then said could take up to 3/4 days if not more not happy with response asked if we could have a cheap runaround fur time bring was refused again explained we lived over 20 miles away and needed to get car on road ASAP ended up taking car back home which was dangerous to drive said we was taking it to our local garage and would be billing them was told if we put a bad review on his boss would prosecute us for slander !!!! Took it to our local garage this morning to be told it’s the timing belt what has gone nothing to do with head cylinder and it’s going to be a really big job to fix rang csk up again this morning As it’s still supposed to be under their warranty they have said other garage is lying and they can’t book our car back in until their top boss comes back off his holidays next week . We have been In touch with trading standards and AA first thing this morning

Hi yes you have had a problem with the exhaust on the car which we replaced asap, The second problem you had with the car we asked you to leave the car so we could look into it further and fix the issue and you was advised not to drive it away until we had repaired the problem.But then you started to be aggressive and rude to our staff and drove the car away. The AA complaints team as looked into this matter and as found we were not at fault. Csk motors always try our best to keep customers happy and we do not think the review you left is a fair account of how you were treated. shaun

You had the car over 6 hours and we was told you couldn’t find any fault with it then after a miraculous 10 mins Because we wasn’t happy with the service we was told you had found the fault but couldn’t guarantee when it would be fixed . Your company knew we was due to go on holiday the same week as we rang up and explained the week before And your company also knew we needed the car for work purposes . we asked if you could try and sort us out a cheap runaround as we had to get to work and was refused point blank that it wasn’t your problem even though we live over 20 miles away . We did have a disagreement but we wasn’t rude or used offensive language and we did take the car back as we had no other option of getting home and getting to work. We took car to our local garage The next morning and it’s got to go to a citeron dealership to be fixed So the £200 refund you have offered us is nowhere near good enough . we haven’t used the car in over 6 weeks we are now seeking legal advice due to not being able to resolve our issue with you

HI THERE PAUL WE DID OFFER TO FIX YOUR VEHICLE BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALL MECHANICAL JOBS ARE ABLE TO BE DONE WITHIN THE SPACE OF A DAY AND AS ALSO STATED WHEN YOU SIGNED OUR WARRANTY FORM THE ONLY 2 THINGS WE ASK AND EXPLAIN TO ANY CUSTOMER IS THAT YOU GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK TO US SO WE CAN FIX IT AND ALSO THAT YOU PLEASE BEAR WITH US DUE TO SOURCING PARTS FOR EVERY JOB ON THE SAME DAY ISNT ALWAYS POSSIBLE UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITY TO OFFER A COURTESY CAR HENCE THE REASON WHY WE SAID WE COULDNT, WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU DONT FEEL LIKE YOU CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH US, HERE AT CSK MOTORS WE DO ALL WE CAN TO HELP ANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS KIND REGARDS SHAUN
Told them my grand daughters would be in the car and I wanted a working stereo ... yes I fell for the bullshit.. MY BAD ( just thought a decent car trader would understand n sell me the right car and not a near write off) not Peugeot stereo put in .... only to find when I did get the displays working ( the ones they told me that didn’t on a car of that year) that there was a fault on the airbags ... numerous other faults on the car .. fault on gearbox just after I bought it ... yes they sorted it but no offer of receipt so not sure if it was done or bodged ... fault on Clutch ... no cover on headlights so always shorting out when it rains ... plus numerous other issues ... my bad for trusting them .... my advice .... DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD GET AN INDEPENDENT CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY

Hi so sorry you have had issues with your car.If you had been in contact i am sure we could have put the problems right.We do try our best but some times things go wrong. We would never sell a car knowing it had faults our mechanic checks them on buying them and when they are due out. And we also put a full mot and most of our cars unless they have a very long mot on them when brought in.
Excellent service at CSK Motors very polite make you feel very welcome very friendly staff would high recommend to anyone looking for a car excellent value for money cars.
Really impressed with the car i bought and the service from this garage.
