I BOUGHT BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT SPEED FROM THIS COMPANY AND I HAD TO SPEND OVER TEN THOUSAND POUNDS PUTTING ALL THE FAULTS CORRECT. THEY WERE NOT COMPETENT TO DO THE FULL SERVICE AND I HAD THIS DONE AT BENTLEY EDINBURGH. THERE WERE PIPES WRONGLY FITTED THE JACK MODE VALVES WERE BENT THE SECONDARY AIR FLOW SYSTEM PUMP AND VALVE WERE FAULTY THE IGNITION SYSTEM WAS FAULTY. BENTLEY EDINBURGH EVEN HAD TO DO A FULL DIAGNOSTICS CHECK ON VEHICLE AT ALL FAULTS WHICH WAS OVERSEEN BY BENTLEY IN CREWE WHO CAME TO THE SAME CONCLUSION AS THE TECHNICIAN AT BENTLEY EDINBURGH. . THEY BASICALLY SEEN ME COMING AND PASSED THIS CAR ONTO ME AFTER PAYING A FEW POUND SHORT OF FIFTY THOUSAND POUNDS. IF I DO NOT HAVE RENUMERATION I WILL THEN TAKE THIS COMPLAINT WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE TO THE MOTOR OMBUDSMAN AND INSTRUCT MY SOLICITOR TO TAKE THEM ALSO TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT IN THEIR HOME TOWN OF INVERNESS. I DID NOT CONTACT THEM IN REGARD OF THE WORK UNTIL NOW AS I KNOW THEY WOULD HAVE DENIED IT AS I THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST SALES MEN BUT HAVE LEARNED THEY HAVE A SERVICE CENTRE IN iNVERNESS SO BEFORE PUTTING IT UP FOR SALE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS THAT EXISTED. I TOOK THIS COMPANY ON TRUST AND THEY HAVE GRAVELY LET ME DOWN BY SELLING ME A PIG IN A POKE.

Highly recommend culloden car sales, went in just to have a browse and walked out with an Audi a6
Such a easy experience, test drove a couple of cars, the most fasted easiest deal Iv done in my life when buying a car,
There customer service is second to non,
Cars are so fairly priced, and came with a fresh mot and service not to mention warranty to.
I’m super impressed and I will 100% be returning in the future.
Thank you so much to Craig and Leon and the rest of the staff on there work to the car it came immaculate.

I admit that I was wanting to see the car before buying it, but once I saw the photos as was waiting on them, I hit the buy now to leave a deposit and managed to get to see the team the next day. The car was exactly as pictured and written about, nothing held back and then the car had a service and a fresh MOT, and any advisories were dealt with and fixed so that the MOT was totally clean. This is a really new experience and does give a very good peace of mind. Craig and the team are pleasant without being over the top, helpful, they have great coffee and made sure that the process was as simple as possible, plus their communication was top draw.

I bought an Audi SQ7 from Culloden Car Sales and the service Ian and his team supplied was absolutely second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, from asking for further photos, videos and service history, to picking me up from the train station after hours on a bank holiday weekend. The car was prepared and presented like I was driving it from a showroom. A superior service that would put a lot of the main stream car dealers to shame.
Thank you Ian and everyone involved in preparing the car in such a short time, absolutely amazing!
