I wish I could rate Top Car Inverness higher than 5 stars. In particular Craig Walker was first class. From my initial contact with Craig he could not have been more helpful. He offered a fantastic part exchange over the phone which did not change when he saw the car in person later that day. He made the purchase and transfer process seamless and stress free. His Covid measures were perfect and made for a quick and contactless handover and pickup. I would not hesitate to use Top Car Inverness again and deal with Craig.

Top customer care Bought a little Fiat abrath off Craig and the team today , When I 1st seen the car in the advert fell in love with it immediately. From 1st contact to finally picking it uptoday nothing has been to much for Craig to do and when I finally picked the car up today it far far exceeded my expectations it was just stunning Craig didn't do it justice , I only have 1 gripe .Craig said it was luxurious. It is he also said it was faSt .it isn't it is nuclear powered fast .All in all can't recommend Craig and the topcar team enough , Just A1 customer service from start to finish

one of the easiest deals on a car I've ever done top car and Craig were amazing to deal with even when he was put under pressure to have the car ready in a 30 min window will definitely be using them again
Craig has been very helpful and answered all our questions promptly, very cheerful and welcoming from the beginning , the car is spotless and the few problems found whilst test diving have been addressed and solved in no time !

Friendly service , car presented well, and was ready to pick up 9 days later, fresh mot , new front tyres, 3 month warranty, but the interior had not been valeted as requested, it had a damp dog smell, yuck, had the car valeted when we got home .good sales experience appart from forgetting to valet the interior,
