I have dealt with many Car Dealers in my time and I can honestly say that Top Car Inverness is quite simply, the best! From my initial contact to completing the deal they were totally professional, efficient and knowledgeable in all respects. All the staff, I met, were welcoming, warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience was quite simply superb.

From enquiring about car to buying car to getting car ready for me the team did a fantastic job Also had a minor issue which was resolved today with guys from service team going above and beyond.would defo recommend to anyone needing a car.

The service from start to to finish was friendly professional and had that personal touch that you don't get from the large dealers. Leon although has only been in sales for a few months was very knowledgeable and friendly with Mark the manager backing him up in a friendly manner. All contacts by phone were polite and any questions answered quickly. Top marks to all the staff at Top Car. I Would highly recommend Top Car to anyone looking for a car.

The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure. Polite and friendly on the phone and in person. Paperwork was completed promptly with all aspects explained. Offered extended warranty and paint protection (not taken as car is like brand new for a 17 plate!!) and did not push or hassle for it when I declined which I have experienced in other dealers. The forecourt and office was tidy and clean, can see the pride they take in their company. Would recommend to everyone and will be the first stop I make when the time comes to get the next car. Ive waited a week to leave my review to run my car for a fair few miles ,After using another dealer 4 years ago (first time using a dealer) that worked out badly ie sold a lemon that cost me a fortune in repairs and time and car hire etc , I was very apprehensive of going through a dealer ever again .. But after hearing fantastic reviews of Top car for the last couple of years ,I bit the bullet and went for it after the forementioned car broke down once again , And oh boy what an amazing pleasure it was ,from sending my initial query on a Sunday morning (prompt responce from Craig even though they were closed ) to completion of the paperwork within days by the very friendly knowledgeable Leon .Everything was friendly, relaxed ,No pressure to buy the car or warranty or anything at all.And when I went to collect the car one of the lovely salesman said buying a new car should be a happy pleasent fun day and should make you smile and you know what it was thanks to all the lovely people at Top car even down to if there's anything you need help setting up tech wise in the car pop back anytime and we will set it up for you (amazing) . I can't recommend Craig and his 5* amazing team highly enough to anyone.I can't name the previous dealer I used so stay safe and use Top car
