From my initial call to book a test drive to the handover, every stage of my car purchase went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with seemed to have been trained to a very high standard, and, in particular, Aidan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and could answer all my queries, even though my test drive was booked with another salesperson, but they were dealing witb another customer. There seems to be a very stuctured process which makes buying a car straightforward, with support at every stage. What I really appreciated was there was absolutely no pressure put on me, just a helpful knowledgeable sales person who actually followed through everything he said he was going to do. The car, on collection,was prepared to a high standard, and a completion agent sorted all the paperwork. There was no pressure to write a review either, I just like to give credit where credit is due.I wouldn't hesitate to buy from DM Keith York again.
