I bought a car from D3 Burton Vehicle Sales..cash..once they have the sale they don't want to know..full of crap...lie after lie..taking them to court as paying for repairs myself..they should be closed down and never be allowed to trade again.

We are having exactly the same trouble they're nothing but lying cheating con men they have now change there name once again to Midlands sport and Prestige they Will keep ripping pleope off I don't know how standing standard keep letting this happens I have lost £5990 buying a car from these con men that only went for 2 wks so please beware as it was to late for us don't be fooled by there lies.

Totally agree..became d&g automotive and now Midland prestige and sports..utter cowboys..no after sales at all..im having to repair car at my cost as they don't want to know..lie after lie after lie..how and why are they still trading!!!..should be in jail for fraud.
I bought a car from D3 Burton Vehicle Sales in late 2017 - ac didn't work and they spent months fobbing me off. Had to pay to get it fixed myself and took them to the small claims court to get my money back. They have LIED on their court declaration. I have no idea how they are still trading with all the bad reviews. Just wish I'd known at the time.

I agree..im having same problem..paying for repairs myself..court case in hand to get expenditure back and costs as they are back street robbers. Should be closed down..after we have our £ back.
Now trading as D&G Automotive... AVOID!! Terrible car, terrible after service and what ended up being a very expensive mistake!

There seems to be a lot of us been conned with these fraudsters..they are now trading as Midland prestige and sports ...DO NOT BUY FROM THESE...The good reviews are not genuine.
Brought a Mini Cooper taken it for a test drive asked a few questions about the car and thought it had a slight problem he said he would fix it went back and said it was all sorted taken it out again and there was no problem brought the car and drove away 20 days later it was unroadworthy as it fallen apart gearbox went the suspension buckled the lot called the person at D3 Burton Vehicle Sales in charge and he refused my money back I paid for the car too be towed down to show him and he shouted in my face screaming and his two workers 2 young lads so I had to bring my father and husband down to help me lucky my dad is a solicitor and sorted the matter out how he is still trading I don’t know warn off anybody who goes there to stay away!!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star

Beware. Do not buy your car from D3 Burton Vehicle Sales. Bought my Fiat 500 in 2014. Have just learnt trying to sell it. It is Category D which means it was a write off. Was not told this st the time. Do your research in future What a disgusting thing to do.

Totally agree..they have no interest in after sales at all and lie through their back teeth..should not be allowed to trade.where are trading standards!!!!!!
Bought a Fiat 500 from D3 Burton Vehicle Sales 5 years ago. Just tried to trade it in for newer model. Available Car ran an HPI check which, to our shock, revealed it has been an insurance category D write-off. Yes, they stated this in tiny print on the Autotrader advert (kept a copy and have just checked this). And yes 'CAT D' is on the Invoice. When we bought the car we had no idea what 'cat d' meant or implied - and we feel they were not open and honest in drawing this to our attention. There have been some problems with the car over the 5 years we have had it which, in hindsight, we can see were the result of poor repair work. OK 'buyer beware'. In the case of d3 Burton vehicle sales be 'very wary'.
