Dace German Car Centre have had some bad press over recent years but I have to say that my personal purchase experience on a Mercedes CLK 220 CDI went very smoothly thanks to my super sales guy JAKE. The whole process was hasle free and without any stress. Vehicle history as described on the phone prior to purchase was backed up by the appropriate paperwork and everything was I's dotted and T' crossed. Only regret is I left my P/X car mats iand had to spend £25 at Halfords to peplace same. the next day. I'm sure if I had phoned Jake he would have let me pick my original mats but as I live quite a bit away this was a non starter. COOL CAR / COOL JAKE/ COOL DEALERSHIP. My car buying experience with Dace Car Centre was excellent, they were very open and honest which was quite refreshing, they pointed out every imperfection on the car and agreed to take care of a couple of bodywork issues before they handed it over. I would definitely go back again.

In March 2015 I purchased a car from Dace German Car Centre. From my experience I found the customer service good. The car I first saw on the forecourt and so having spoken to the salesman about it he let me do what I wanted to do. This was a no pressure at all sale.

Having purchased a car from here I did have an issue with the it 2 months on but the dealership sorted it after I made them aware of what had gone wrong. All in all I'm satisfied with the service I received both pre purchase and then afterwards having purchased my Volkswagen Golf.
