.....so Thursday the 9th Feb 23 I had all but given up looking for a car as the one I had just travelled hours to see was a disappointment.... called dace 15 mins before their closing time to enquire about 1 I thought was out of my finance budget....low and behold, Saturday I owned a top spec 5 series... Dylan from the Manchester branch helped me out and hid none of the defects. He knew I had to travel quite a distance, so he told it as it is.......awesome salesmanship. Give Dace a call, I don't see how you culd be misled as nothing happens without u seeing what's happening....it also helps that they keep asking if the deal they find you is affordable, not at your upper limit. Thank Dace, Thank you Dylan.
As I arrived to look at one car in particular had a good look at it on outside and so thought go in and ask for keys. The service and greeting I got from the staff inside was exceptional, got greeted by Dylan who was more than happy to help even though didn't have an appointment (didn't know if needed to make one), but was still able to help in anyway. All through the process from getting keys to test drive to getting the deal done the staff were great, Dylan did everything he could to get the deal done to make the customer happy and to make sure customer is getting what they want. Can't fault the service from start to finish, Dylan was a fantastic help throughout the process.

I have recently visited Dace Specialist Car Centre, 718 Liverpool Street, Eccles . I was met by Dylan Grey , Sales Executive. I wasn't looking forward to the experience of purchasing a car as I was expecting a lot of sales talk and pushing me to buy a car, however I am very pleased that there was none of that . Dylan was very polite , answered all my questions honestly , if he didn't know he didn't make it up . He allowed me time to look around the vehicle by myself . He was very enthusiastic and passionate about his job and his mannerism were perfect I actually decided to purchase the car and I believe it was partly down to it being the right car for me but also the way Dylan handled the appointment . I think he will go far in the motor trade
