Im disabled I asked for a certain spec car. Ready to go with good technical amd mechanical parts and some internal wishes on spec. Eg wont need anything anytime soon. I was told it had a recent service which then turned out to be 6 months ago. No MOT but assured it was sound. Media has a technical issue when connected by usb, tyre tread is low (i found out when swam round the cemetery car park at a funeral) the brakes less than useless. The car was given a service to make it "recent" as sold but guess what has yellow warnings on brakes and tyres. Media still not working. I asked them to do the MOT at the same time as the service as agree by them but they forgot. So I now have a useless dangerous car with low brakes, low tyre tread and no MOT which runs out when im away at my mums care home visiting her. Been sent round in circles by multiple emails asking me for clarification over and over when ive clearly said from day 1, brakes scrape and grate, Media not working, tyres slide. Given the 100 point check sheet on request which even says I have a spare tyre. The Dacia duster does not have a spare tyre! Blagged and tagged. Would expect more when buying locally as a disabled person. I originally went in for a motability car. No escalation process to higher management. Sold by Finn and service arranged by Martyn. No Adr. Will continue with motability, dial and trading standards. All documented and recorded.

Arrived at 9am and booked in, escorted to car for a visual inspection all OK. Expected to take two and a half hours for a B service and MOT but actually took three and a half hours but there was a tv to watch with drinks and biscuits provided in the showroom. Had to pop back in to get the service book stamped up. Otherwise all went well.

Collected my new car today, the whole process was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit to Dales Summer court. .

Well, The service and the timing was good. They are trying out a new service of notifying things by email. Unfortunately not working too well yet, but no complaints as they will improve as they go along and if they don't try these things they wont improve. HOWEVER, I have been charged £2.00 for the mechanics face mask for Covid. Ruined it for me. Will not buy another car from them or use them for service again.

Went back on original deal and were slow on returning deposit online
