I bought a car from Dani Motors just under 4 months ago. Everything was great until I had an issue with the car, after that they wanted to take zero responsibility. I've had 2 issues with the car since I bought it, both making me unable to use the full capabilities of the car - the first was mechanical and occurred just 2 weeks after I drove the car out of the garage. This put the car out of commission for 4 weeks. The second is still ongoing and means I am unable to use the centre console functions of the vehicle. The first issue was eventually sorted, with zero help from Dani Motors. Every interaction I had with them was full of defensive and argumentative attitude and they just wanted to take no accountability. The second issue has been going on for months now and I cannot get a proper response from Dani Motors. I do live a good distance away from the garage so it is not easy for me to just take it back to them, which I obviously understand, however that should not make a difference to the level of customer service that they provide. If I ran a business and a customer had an issue, I would make sure I did all I could to remedy the issue, which Dani Motors have definitely not done. It just seems like it's just "out of sight, out of mind" and they have been absolutely no help at all. The new car that I was excited to get, has now become more of a burden and a stress and I have not had a chance to enjoy it at all. This I put down to Dani Motors selling me a faulty car and taking no action to try and fix the issues.

I work at Audi i have called Dani motors for golf when down to showroom test drive a car and got delivered to my doorstep checked a car at my workplace car was in excellent condition recommend to purchase a car from this quality dealer they do look after they car, NO DISCOUNT GIVEN .STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE

Absolutely brilliant service from the first minute I spoke to them. I just bought a Vauxhall Corsa from them and the car was in immaculate condition, I got this car delivered to me and was delivered on time and they 2 guys who delivered the car were very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a Volkswagen CC from 2015. Being my first car it was my best choice to buy from Dani Motors. The interior of the car looked like brand new. Staff very good and very helpful, they helped me to buy insurance and road tax. Recommend
