David Eddowes cannot repair my van. By Konrad W | 21 Dec 2018. I purchased a van from them on the 5th of November it went in for repair on the 27th for oil leaking out of the gear box on the 1st of December I collected the van and on the way home the brakes failed i took it straight back and the garage said the pads were not fitted correctly. they got me back on the road on the 6th of December the van went back to them leaking gear box oil and it was with them until the 20th December. I collected the van on the 20 th of December and after only 50 miles its leaking gear box oil again. i called them and they said they would repair it so now waiting to take it in for the 3rd time to be repaired. they also told me when i purchased the van the steeling wheel buttons that control the radio should not work on that model of van but after contacting ford uk I found they should. and after many arguments they repaired them.

Everything was spot on, I am really chuffed with the car it was a very good price and worth the money, had no issues up to now. I bought a Mitsubishi in April. I would recommend this dealer.
