Bought a car then paid for extended warranty, car had numerous faults which they did repair with the exception of one. The car was back a few more times then I was told it’s a used car, there is a rattle but can’t find it, absolute waste of time, fobbed off once again, so the warranty which I paid for wasn’t worth the paper it was printed on, shame on you all

Test drove a vehicle at this garage and it broke down on the test drive, made it crystal clear to this garage we were still interested in this vehicle and anxious to re-test drive the vehicle as soon as it was repaired, garage then sold the vehicle to another customer without so much as a courtesy phone call to, in the first instance give us first refusal on the vehicle, or secondly to let us know the vehicle had been sold. at this point we had stopped actively looking for another vehicle so potentially missed out further. poor show Davidsons!!!

Alan was fantastic we bought a beautiful Audi A5 from here and the sale was quick and easy with no hassle and usual car salesmen rubbish. I would buy another car from here due to service received. Bought this van back in 2016 . It's been nothing but trouble with it .cost me so far a total of £850.00. Should of realised when it failed its mot before I picked it up is was going to be nothing but TROUBLE and it is. I will think twice about buying from Davidsons.

I live in Bournemouth some 320 miles away and saw an almost new Astra on the Autotrader site. I dealt with Brendon who was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no sales pressure and responded to each of my queries. When he needed to phone me back he did so. As a result I bought the car unseen and they agreed to take my trade in. The Astra was delivered and my trade in collected very efficiently. When paying for the car I found that my Bank has a single daily electronic transfer limit of £10k. The Bank wanted to charge £35 to transfer above that figure on the same day. Their response was that advised me not to pay this charge but pay on two consecutive days. A small thing but much appreciated. Sadly,because of the distance I will not be able to get the car serviced by Davidson's. Alas as I replaced my wife's Corsa locally last year so it will be a while before I will need their services again. Thanks Davidson's, it was a pleasure dealing with you.
