Sales staff are simply rude. Poor people skills. I left with a very jaded experience and would not recommend them.
Would never use again. Van failed it's MOT, asked them to do the work to pass it and to rectify an advisory. The advisory asked for (nearside droplink replacement) wasn't done resulting in it still being shown on the MOT certificate. Called them and agreed to return the van. Took time off to return the van to them today to have it done and reissue the MOT. Job was done but they refused to reissue MOT so I now have an outstanding issue on the certificate purely at their fault for not doing the job asked for. Was told if I wanted a new MOT I would have to book and pay for it, despite it being their fault in the first place. I'd expect better at the prices they charge.
Horrible customer service! Avoid! Avoid! Total waste of time! Bought a used car nearly two months ago. When I called o was told its ready to collect. It wasn't. Aircon wasn't working, no sun visor etc. I took it back to the garage to be repaired and its still there. When I rang them to find out when it will be ready the man on the phone didn't know if the part was ordered when it will be ready and didn't know when courtesy car will be available. Overall I have paid them some money for a cheap used car but I don't drive it because is still in their garage

I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from the dealership and everything had been great. The car is in really good condition and the staff were very helpful. Really happy with the car and the price of it, excellent value for money. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used car.

I would happily recommend Davidsons of Morpeth, we traveled around 50 miles to the dealership and they accommodated us well, they had the car ready to test drive when we arrived, me and my wife were able to discuss our choice without any attempt to persuade us. In the end the car we bought is wonderful and I couldn't be happier with how it all went.

Davidsons of Morpeth made buying the car very straightforward, just a case of signing some papers and driving it away. The lad i dealt with was friendly and competent, the car is fantastic and everything went great.

car was purchased over the internet, a 13 plate Vauxhall Astra. Because of the distance I phoned for a honest assessment of the car. I was told car was excellent apart from a slight scratch on bumper which he stated he would repair. I agreed to the sale and I agreed to collect the car.Arrived at the Dealership I was shown around the car. I noticed that the bumper had been repaired but using the wrong shade of paint, leaving a noticeable patch. Further faults were found, i.e. large chip on the bonnet required a full respray ,a large scrape on the bumper insert that needed replacing. The dealer agreed to me having the bumper repaired at my local dealer but would not make any contribution to any of the other repairs leaving me over £300 out of pocket for the repairs. All in all very poor service from another franchise Vauxhall dealership

Good, all was what you hope for when buying a car. Mine was a Vauxhall Insignia that I purchased from Davidsons of Morpeth. The dealer put the car on for a service over a weekend but as I got their they said the garage was locked up so i was a bit gutted, but to their credit and i thought this was really good they arranged alternative transport for me and i was extremely happy with it all. Recommend Davidsons
