Excellent service and would definitely buy from this dealer again. I purchased a mini that was in excellent condition. Clearly they know good stock and ensure their cars are prepped to a good standard. The price was good but i'm posting this review to bring to light something that i have found lacking in other garages. Lorraine from start to finish was excellent. The car was to be serviced and an issue with the boot latch resolved. I wanted to put all season tyres on the car and Lorraine was flexible in agreeing the approach and getting this done whilst the boot was being sorted. Subsequently i had a problem with the clutch a few weeks after i took the car home. Lorraine was no problem whatsoever and after i dropped the car off the clutch was sorted as well as an additional pipe fixed which was spotted while they were doing the work. This is the point of my review, because any dealer can sell you a half decent car. Its when you have a problem you find the really good dealers. Lorraine was first class in resolving the issue and even ensuring the car was washed (apologies for the mud!). I would recommend DB Car Sales to anyone as their service was brilliant. I have had my fair share of "experiences" with second hand dealers. DB Car Sales have definitely changed my perception.

I bought a MINI in November of 2020, 3 months down the line no issues whatsoever. Having had previous run-ins with nefarious dealers DB were more than happy to get the car up and let me check it on a ramp allowing me to have peace of mind. Brilliant!
I bought a car for my sister from DB car sales. Everything was really good i had quite a strict time restraint on when i needed the car by and a lady down at DB made sure I was really looked after and they prioritised me getting this car delivered. I didn't get chance to get down to view it with my timing but when it got delivered to me I was over the moon, everything was bang on. Everything i was told or that was written about the car was completely true and it exceeded my expectations when it came. very smooth and easy process and we will use again.

Nice and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I spent 2/3 hours browsing their cars and never felt under any pressure to hurry up. Cant say enough about that, just left to your own devices. The girls were very knowledgeable and obviously know their stuff. Decided on a very nice Mondeo and so far have been really pleased. I did have a couple of issues at the start but these were quickly resolved. Highly recommended.

Just bought my second car from DB Car Sales. I was given a good price on my old car and couldn't be happier with my new one. The first didn't cost me a penny apart from some wear are tear items. I did have a small issue with new car but this was quickly resolved free of charge. Excellent customer service and I will definitely not go anywhere else now!

Couldn't ask for more when your buying a car. Helpful from the outset and seem to really care about what you want rather than just trying to make a sale.
