The dealer couldnt even be bothered to look at my P/X,which was on the car park.I was looking at a car that cost £17,800 and i wanted a very reasonable £3,700 for my car.(Even weburanycar offered me £3,900!).his screen told him it was worth £3,200 and that was that.The salesman was totally disrespectful. Three months later the car is still for sale at £15,400, a drop of £2,400. I bought a similar car from another dealer 3 days later, so unlucky Deane motors,you lost the deal over 500 quid with a salesman who couldnt give the customer the courtesy to get up of his backside.

Nice people, nice cars and reasonably priced. A nice family run business and you can tell as they really know what they are doing. I bought a vw tiguan and I LOVE it. They even doubled my warranty free of charge. Thanks again. X.

I telephoned regarding cars availability prior to leaving home and drove over an hour to view the motor. On arrival I was told that the car was in fact sold and none of the salesmen would admit to speaking with me over the phone. No apology was given and I managed to find the car with a sold sign on it, in a distant corner of the garage - it had obviously been sold for a few days. An email of complaint was sent with a reply, that in in my eyes was a bags of lies., regarding the car been sold in the hour prior to !y artival. Whilst errors can be made, the lack of apology showed this garage what kind of place it is. I'll obviously not be returning.

I recently bout a 1 Series BMW and despite a couple of initial teething problems, Deane Motors helped toward the cost of the repairs and all in all, I am happy with my experience.

I recently purchased a BMW 5 series form Deane motors and i couldn't be happier. I live in London and i got the train up to Chorley where i was met at the station by Jim in a very nice BMW and was then chauffeured to the showroom . Jim give me a little bit of information about the company and then allowed me to look at my new car at my leisure. My car was spotless and i was and still am very happy. 5 star service.

Service light came on 3 days after warranty ran out and with a service due soon (message was on when I bought the car). Car had to be returned for an MOT to remove the advisories on the existing MOT. Car had to then be returned a second time for a window seal to be fixed which took 3 days. Since buying 6 months ago I have needed two new tyres, a service, an MOT, a new headlight and my clutch is on its way out. I would NOT recommend Deane Motors Ltd at all. I feel like they have taken the mick out of me, probably because I'm a young girl.
