I have had the pleasure of dealing with a very decent & straight forward family run business.They are genuinely trustworthy & you can hand on heart believe that they will do what they say as regards preparing & servicing a car before handing it over to the customer.They also honestly & fully live up to their main principle of insuring the customer leaves their garage happy & content with the car they purchase & with the superior level of after sales care & customer service. I have to admit that I,like many others,have had the misfortune in the past of dealing with very unscrupulous,scheming & untrustworthy used car dealerships.So it was a very pleasant surprise to find myself dealing with such a caring family run business. I would wholeheartedly recommend Deane Vale Motors.There can't be many other companies as GENUINELY & TRULY honest as they are.

Responding To my own revised review: I was rather NAIVE,to put it mildly,in complementing this company who at first seemed friendly & genuinely honest.However,their after sales service proved otherwise. Please use an independent mechanic to check the car before purchasing from them.
Thoroughly recommend Deane Vale Motors if you are in the market for a used car. We had agreed and paid a deposit for a vehicle and had arranged to pick it up a week later. During that week we had a phone call to say that they had found an issue and as a result didn't want to sell the car as a result. Can't fault them for the decision/honesty and our deposit returned with no delay..

I bought a used Merceedes from Deane Vale Motors for £5800 , was told it had a new battery fitted , drove home to Scotland , no problem drove every day , no problem . I went on holiday for 2 weeks and on return the battery was dead . I contacted the garage because I had to pay nearly £190 for a new battery and they tried to blame me for leaving something electrical on . I have been driving for over 40 years and I know for a fact I left nothing on . No help from them , all they did was blame me . Be very wary of buying from these people , do what I should have done , get it checked out by a qualified mechanic before parting with your hard earned cash

Deane Vale Motors Ltd are a family run and owned used car dealership that have been selling used cars to those in the Taunton area for 35 years. They are not specialists in one particular area of the used car market, instead they stock across the different types of vehicles including 4x4's, commercials and even motorbikes and caravans. At their site they not only sell used cars but they also offer finance, MOTs and repair services too.
