Recently bought a BMW from Deben Motors and can honestly say is was even better than the description, the car was immaculate and Paul the owner was so helpful having collected me from the train station. I will certainly recommend this Dealer to friends and family.

Brought a car from these only for it to go in and have work done under the warrenty within a few weeks. 10 months later i have spent over £2000 putting the car right (things went wrong a week of it being out of warrenty). i have written to the company to ask for some of the repairs to be covered by them. Their rely was NO as i did not contact them to let them know of the problems. Have had the car for 12 months and for 4 and a hal of those months the car was in a garage while the mechanics tried to figure out what was wrong with it. Would definitely NOT recommend this garage at all and only gave them 1 stars as it would not let me give them nothing.
