Went down to desirable motors to look at the fiesta for my daughter as a first car ,firstly car was way overpriced for an 11 yr old car , but that was nothing to way they continually made my daughter feel uncomfortable with their staring and comments , very creepy

Bought a TD5 off Martin at desirable motors ltd and was taken to meet him at a separate garage which I thought was strange , can see why he was on rouge traders , landrover had rotten chassis but a good mot , absolute time waster

Terrible service from the very start. First of all I want mention that the mechanic who was present at the garage is extremely aggressive and patronising to anyone who entered the place. The deal of the car went okay at first. However, things started to spiral out of control. From a extremely dodgy MOT to a non functioning car. I have taken the car back and got a full refund after a constant battle between me/Trading standards and him self. DO NOT BUY FROM DESIRABLE MOTORS.

I part ex my Audi TT for a Ford Kuga at Desirable Motors on the day of pick up travelling home the engine malfunction appeared, i had only got about 5 miles, took straight back to garage, waited 40 minutes for someone to attend, the kuga was then taken to another garage for analysis, which turned out to be dpf failure, after 4 hours of waiting in the rain with my 2 grandchildren age 5 and 11 month old.... was told to come back next day which is 40 miles away...... cut a very long story short i did not get the kuga for a further week and was told everything was done, I was given 1 months warranty??? one week later the same engine malfunction happened, as told by my mechanic this has never been changed in the first place, which has cost me £400.00, the garage did not want to know... Would i buy another car from them? NO.... Would i recommend them? NO.... once bought they do not want to know.... absolute shambles
