Bought a car from them in Jan 21, had issues as soon as I drove off. After numerous attempts to get them to make repairs under their warranty (O2 sensors, oil leaks, new sump plug, numerous engine warning lights, white smoke, broken turbo and more) the transfer box exploded. They failed to make adequate repairs and the vehicle was still unfit for the road. I complained to them and the response was “Sue me”. Well they got their wish, the judge found in my favour, ordering a full refund and out of pocket expenses. Save yourself the aggravation and buy a used car from elsewhere.

It’s really a fraud is going on their car sale . On last November I have bought a car from them Ford CMax , the car was priced 1900/- . It was my first car in UK and I don’t know what is behind this people. Firstly when I paid and scheduled their delivery onwards the problem starts .. 1- they said when the promised date of delivery, the battery was flat and need to be changed and will delivery after installing a new one , takes 2 days delay for that. 2- when the car come to my home , when I drive one of the engine warning light was on and when I ask him about it with pictures, he said it’s just some error and will repair it in the next day 3- next day one of the mechanic came and taken out the instrument cluster and take 2 days to bring it back . 4- after that there is no indication, they simply take it and turns the engine warning light off by changing some code( that I realised this June ) 5- I used the car for only dropping my son to school and some shopping only . 6- the ac cooling issue , when summer comes I tried the ac and it’s not working , firstly think the ac gas problem but when in deep checkup found that the bearing which we put the belt for ac motor is broken , so knowingly the belt was not there . Cost me £250 all together . 6- now in this June , I took the car for a long drive and after coming back the engine suddenly stopped working. When I checked with AA , they told “ Found engine timing chain issue as crank spinning but camshaft is not. Member to decide what he wants to do with vehicle Engine Oil Level Ok. Coolant Level Ok. “ it’s really too much to repair it . Found repairing cost like £700/- I am not the only one have this Complint, they are doing some work on broken cars and selling like this to unknown people . When we contacted after that the man was just discarding everything. We buy the car in our only savings and it was the only one we can afford . Really bad service. Never recommend him fraud . If you want to buy from them , take a good mechanic or vehicle specialist with you and check the vehicle correctly every parts . Don’t become a victim like me . I had a very good experience purchasing my Vauxhall Meriva from DF Autos. I have had it for a while now and its been perfect. It was clean and in very good shape when I received it and I have had no major issues with it at all. The staff were very nice and really helpful and I would buy from here again.

I have had a few issues with my Vauxhall Astra from DF Autos. I bought it in January and all the issues started within the first month. The dealers were very reluctant to help, I had to really push them and when the repairs were being taken out they gave me a very poor courtesy car. I probably wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Very good customer service. Found DF Autos very helpful in helping me getting the car taxed all in all a very professional dealership and an excellent car, I have no problems with the car and it drives like a dream and that's a ten year Volkswagen Golf.

I am pleased with my Corsa from DF Autos in West London. I have had no change the brake disks but other than that it's been okay. The dealers were helpful but could have made it more clear that there would be additional charges for the car to be serviced as I thought that it had already been done but i would recommend this dealership.
