We can't rate Les high enough throughout the purchase of my sons Corsa. We we're unsure buying a used car, and he kept every promise. From the purchase process, and a few minor issues during warranty. Les is friendly and most genuine, straight forward, and helps the customer. No awkward conversations, he helped us and my son is made up with the car. He represents DGC brilliantly in our opinion and personal experience, we would certainly come back to DGC next time around.

Purchased a Hyundai i20 last week for my dad, bought a Astra tourer last year for myself. Been a mechanic for 25 years so have seen just about everything. I have no connections with this company or employees what so ever but let me tell you, you’ll have no problems what so ever with them and if you do it will be sorted. On the face of it you’ll find like for like cars cheaper elsewhere but at the end of the day you pay for what you get, hope this helps anybody.

There is a bit of a story as to how I ended up happily buying from DGC, Before coming to DGC, I had seen another car that I liked from another dealer, which was located in Leeds. Price was twice as much but that didn't matter as I was going to purchase it on finance. I rung the dealer in Leeds. They promised that the car would be prepped and ready. I then travelled to Leeds, and to my surprise, the car wasn't as advertised nor valeted or prepped as promised. And the customer service was awful. Though I liked the size of the vehicle, I decided not purchase from them. In my search for a vehicle, I came across DGC on Autotrader. Upon our visit to DGC dealer location in Golborne, Warrington, my wife & I were very impressed by the presentation of the vehicle. It was clean inside out, just as advertised. Contrary to the other dealer in Leeds, DGC were keen in addressing some of the problems that we identified. On a mutually agreed date for collection, we travelled by train on a Saturday and were given a very good customer service by their staff member called Elliott, who picked us up from the station to the dealer's site. Elliott ensured we were happy from start to finish. I can tell staff at DGC are genuinely happy to make their customers happy. As far as our experience so far with DGC is concerned, we are happy.
