Used Dick Lovett to buy my Mini, great service & have used for MOT's and services since purchase despite the fact I live in Reading. Very glad I purchased from this dealer, peace of mind, friendly team. Had an MOT there recently & was able to wait & work there using their Wifi :-)

You were lucky. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Checked with them that we were covered for a service under the 5 year and under 50,000 mile service pack we had (as we were under both) they confirmed we were, but on dropping the car off they said we would have to pay as it's already had two services. (Low mileage) warranty from mini not what it says on the tin and no customer service from Dick Lovett in Hungerford. Just sales driven.
