I bought my car a couple of months ago from Direct Motors. I have previously only preferred to deal with large dealerships directly due to having a rubbish experience with a privately owned smaller dealership a few years ago. But I have to say, Ross and the team have restored my faith! I was initially attracted to the price, but the service has gone above and beyond any previous experience. John sat with me and discussed my finance options in great depth and helped me achieve a deal I was comfortable with. The car was immaculate and after a little bump a few weeks later (my fault) they helped me get it all sorted! I recommended my father and he is just as happy as I am! I will definitely be returning when I’m due for an upgrade. Thanks again to all at Direct Motors.

Bought a car from them recently. I was assured that wheels where professionally refurbished. After few days 2 wheels would leak air from the valves. Next, paint started coming off the wheels. After investigating the problem and consultation with 2 local wheel specialists I found out wheels were only spray painted at the fronts and never professionally refurbished. I've asked Direct Motors J28 to cover the cost giving them 2 quotes from my local wheel specialists and supplying them with photos and clips. They refused paying for it asking me to bring the car back to them for them to investigate at my own cost... I'm 100 miles away... Unfortunately they wouldn't accept any other way... So... be careful when dealing with them check everything properly. Very UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion

I wouldn't reccomend getting a car from these guys... Bad dealer, quite dodgy Car wasn't even clean!

brought a car from this garage thinking the car was pervect, what a understatment, we had more problems with the car and the garage it wasn't the best time ever, all i can say is keep away do not buy from here the owner is off his rocker and couldn't lie striaght in bed if he tried. they come across as nice guys but do not buy from here they are just liers.
