Terrible, terrible, terrible! Bought a great looking 2020 blue Peugeot 3008 from the garage. As soon as I drove away I noticed that the car had been poorly cleaned and received a warning light to add Ad Blue already. After 2h 40min drive, I noticed that I lost a front trim on the way. Also, I was given one key only and the car was completely empty, no tools and knut, no book, no mats, no spare wheel despite a huge space for it in the boot...only a car freshener hanging by the mirror. Andrew sent me money to cover a clean and Ad Blue plus sent a trim in the post. It took over 2 weeks to receive a scratched second hand trim from the garage. When changing it, I noticed the paint on the bumper was cracked and looked more carefully at the front of the car only to realise the grill was snapped and the bumper not aligned properly. The trim fell in the first place because the car was hit by something. I contacted Andrew who told me to take it to a repair shop for a quote (but wanted a very cheap shop with a max quote of £250). I took it to 2 garages and one let me know that the car had really bad repairs and cover up done to it previously as the bumper had been painted as well as the 2 doors on the passenger side but the job had been done very poorly. The bottom trim of the front passenger door was even coming off. The repair shop advised me to take the car back as the paint work will rust and crack even more within a year. I took the car back and got my money back minus the 100 pound deposit and it cost me over £500 for nothing and no car. The fact that I drove it for over a month does not justify it as I should have never been sold a car with hidden information. Andrew's reaction was: 'it is what it is, cars get damaged don't they?' I am not a big fan of liars and scammers and Andrew's answer to this review would probably be more of this. Also, the car was back on the market as soon as I left the garage with the original photos when I had Andrew painting the wheel black (badly again as not smooth plus mileage advertised is 5000 miles under) and a new warning light came up when sending it back. More cover up to come for the next buyer when this car needs a lot of TLC.

He gave us a really good Part Ex price for our car and we were delighted with our new car. From the get go we felt that Andrew was straightforward and knowledgable and most importantly trustworthy. Bought my beautiful Mercedes A class 2018 white 38,000 mileage at Discount care centre. It was Andrew that attended to me, he is such an amazing person so helpful, very kind and patient gentleman with great customer service skills and always willing to help even popping by unannounced he will still attend to you. I went to pick my car on the 27 March but there was a problem with the Airbag which I didn’t notice but Andrew did as he got in the car to drive it out he noticed it and apologised told me that he wouldn’t be happy to see me drive the car home with a fault and politely asked me to pick it up the next day at the garage. Found out that the box was damaged when I got there sent Andrew a video he did promised to order a replacement one. So good so far the car is running smoothly no issues yet as I only picked it on the 28 of March still keeping an eye on it thou.

Andrew was very honest I just felt completely at ease , I love my Vauxhall Zafira 16 plate that I got in Feb 22 , I honestly would recommend everyone to not miss this company of your needing a car sold honestly and reliably.
