Car is absolutely fine, no problems. We found the car on Autotrader and it was very local to me so going to Distinct Motors was pure ease. I’d read their google reviews and they seemed good. We dealt with Jon, he seemed fine, no problems. Reasonably quick process, car was cleaned and ready for us when we wanted. I liked how well they cleaned and repaired the car for us, spent time on it making it look right.

The experience with distinct motors was really good, I'd rate it at 5 with that. I am still waiting for the registered keeper V5 paper it still hasn't arrived which unfortunately has delayed me registering the vehicle in my name on the Tesla app as I need the v5 to do it so that's been frustrating but that's not distinct motors fault and I'm trying to be patient with that My husband has the Tesla app sorted and he walks away from the car and it locks on its own, I still have to use the car ahah Yeah we had a really good experience, the patience and the flexibility you had with time for us to be able to get the car after work is amazing and I really appreciate the thoroughness and checks before we picked up the car to make sure all was in working order Thank you so much!

Guys I dealt with were really friendly and the process was all pretty smooth especially as I changed car at short notice. I did have one or two small issues which is why I have given 4 out of 5 stars. Car was not very clean so I had to spend £100 on a full valet when I got it home. It was an electric car that did not come fully charged when I asked for it to be as I was driving back to Scotland so it took me an additional two hours to find a charger and got it charged at an additional cost.

Distinct Motors were just on the ball with everything. The salesman I dealt with was sound, he even waited about for me, he was really patient. I originally saw the car online and added it to the ones I liked so went to have a look. I have already recommended Distinct to my brother based on my great experience.
