I visited the forecourt with a view to looking at a range of cars on show. The salesman, David, was particularly helpful with helping me find my perfect car, he was honest, knowledgeable and helped me out with setting my car up with registration, taxation & insurance. The car is still running a dream and is great value for money.

Whilst I found them very helpful when I was buying a car from them. Once bought and repairs needed doing they were not so helpful. I live quite away from this garage and they were not prepared to pay a local garage to me for the repairs even though it was within the 3 month warranty.replacing A water pump and oil leak seal. I expressed my concerns on getting the car back to them from Liverpool with a dodgy water pump and was asked do I have breakdown cover? So they expected me to take a chance and drive it over 50 miles back to them. Rather than take the word of a reputable garage local to me. I would not reccomend this bunch of money grabbers to anyone. Thanks for nothing! I rely on my car for transport to and from hospital with my son at least three times a week. Which is why I bought the car in the first place!

To all those concerned, I am first of all very sorry to hear you have experienced a mechanical defect with your car within the first 3 months of ownership. However on purchasing the car we were very clear on how our 3 months warranty works outlining that if in the event that the car develops a mechanical defect that the car must be returned to our business premises for diagnosis of the fault, with the clear intention of then repairing the issue. We also supplied you with a warranty document which was presented and signed by yourself as confirmation that you understand our terms of condition too. Just so you are aware, every operating used car dealership have the same policy on this as ourselves in that if the vehicle develops a defect of some sort that it is to be retuned to the same supplying dealer for diagnosis and repairs! An extended warranty was also offered to yourself at a cost of £300 for 12 months cover, which would of allowed you to go to any VAT registered garage anywhere in the UK for repairs covering both labour and parts, but you opted against this again and signed a separate document confirming your understanding of this. Although I appreciate getting the vehicle back from Liverpool is inconvenient and stressful but I can assure you that if the car was brought back as requested we would of handled this promptly and at no cost to yourself! Once again if there is anything we can do to appease you then please contact as soon as possible, Regards, Danny Director
4 months ago i visited Distinct Motors and purchased a Honda civic, the staff seemed friendly and professional, since buying the car ive had issues regarding oil leaks and a bottom front crank pulley that needed replacing all covered on the warranty. Since then an alternator and the timing tensioner have needed replacing which had been diagnosed by an independent Honda main dealer, the costs in total for both repairs came to 793 pound, the car seemed ok apart from the few issues i had regarding the oil leaks when i first purchased it, friendly staff, quite helpful just a shame there had been such expensive repairs that needed carrying out just outside my warranty date
