We purchased a Volvo XC60 from DJH (Carl) We discovered a fault with the AWD system that went back to him 4 times over the period of just over a year. Sadly the fault remains and Carl is somewhat reluctant to resolve this. Now the car is outside of his warranty period, he has lost interest or willingness to resolve the issue. I would not recommend DJH particularly so as the my car was used as a mobile hotbox for one of his employees whilst it is was under his care.

First of all DJH Prestige and Sports is set in the country side with great views, and a lovely pub close by, the indoor premises are like a Tardis just go on for ever with a lovely display of cars including a few classics. I have purchased a lot of cars in my time but this has to be the best and this is why. I was going to be traveling a long distance to see the car so I phoned the garage and interrogated them about the condition of the car I was interested in and I received more pictures of the car and a full description, I went to view the car and it was better than descibed, took the car for a long test drive in the country side on a lovely summers day. All the paperwork was in order, no sales patter just good honest answers to my questions and down to earth attitude from the guys. I drove the car back home the same day and more than happy.
From initial enquiry to delivery I had a great experience, DJH Prestige & Sports premises are very clean and professional and is set in an idyllic area. I have had the car now for a few weeks and it is excellent, the finance was also sorted out very quickly.

DJH Prestige and Sports is used car dealership that is based in Sutton Coldfield. This particualr car dealer mainly operates as a trade to trade dealer which means they are very proactive and travel all around the country dealing with main dealers with occasional retail customers. This essentially means that they are only open for retail customers when a pre arranged appointment is made so they can make sure the car the customer wants to view is prepared and valet to the highest standard before viewing.
