We purchased a car from DJR car sales july 2020. To begin with he never gave us the green keeper slip and instead took our email to transfer ownership online. We took his word for it as had been years since we brought a car. We didn't receive any email. So then when we came to tax the car we couldn't. He told us the log book should be with us within a week. We pushed and he managed to provide us with a photo of the slip. Learning curve for ourselves but as a dealer he should have provided us with the correct paper work. Within a few months of having the car, engine lights were coming on. We took to a local garage and there were so many faults old and new when they hooked up to the diagnostics machine, that they had to clear all and let us use car to see which faults were still coming on to pin point what the actual fault was. By November we had established what the fault was and we also had a new problem, as soon as the winter months came in, the car interior became very damp to point we had mould. The part that needed replacing would have cost over £1500 new. At the point of purchase we were not made aware of any warranty, however at this point we were at our wits end so decided to contact him to see if there was any warranty with him being a dealership and the car not even being 6 months old. He came back saying the warranty would have been 3 months and denied any responsibility for the repairs. His response to the damp and mould was that maybe we had a damp dog in the car. We don't own dogs and even if we had, a damp dog would not have caused that much damp and mould. Seems this guy is great when there is no faults with cars he sales. However it is a completely different story when he sales you a faulty car.

DJR Car Sales are happy when they are taking your money and promise 3 month warranty. Car door went wrong within a month and realized we had not been given any warranty paperwork. Never returned calls and then said no warranty. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole
I purchased a Ford Fusion from DJR Car Sales and I received excellent service. Out of all of the dealers that have bought vehicles from, DJR are at the top of the list. I would have no problem in recommending them to my family and friends.
Brought a car and in less than 4 weeks the engine management light came on. I emailed twice no reply. Now the back box snapped off in the middle of the road. Contacted and basically was told not my issue. Avoid DJR Car Sales.
A beautiful Cooper S, exactly as described and Dan from DJR Care Sales was able to talk through the car providing confidence. RAC Inspection was not an issue and the car inspection result mirrored the description provided of the car. I would definitely recommend DJR Car Sales and will check with them first when I next need another car or a friend/relative does. Many thanks

Bought a Citroen C4 from DJR a couple of months back. No pressure selling, helpful and patient , a pleasure to deal with. A few issues came up after collection , Dan and Audey couldn't have been more helpful. No argument , car went back, courtesy car provided and everything was fixed in a matter of days. Nice people to deal with and would go back again.

September last year I was in the market for a VW Golf, everywhere I searched for one, DJR Car sales always come up showing several for sale. I made the call to Daniel, he explained all his vehicles are not from auction and are from a main dealer which put me at ease, he understood I had a 100 mile journey down, with an interest in around 3 different Golfs. His descriptions where accurate. No pressure selling. Trusted me to test drive the vehicles on my own so I could get a real feel, then I picked which one I wanted, he kindly explained he mots all the cars, so I had to travel down the following weekend to collect, that was the only down side as I wanted the car there and then(as you do) but happily come back the following week to collect, so far 6 months pleasure driving. Have recommended Djr cars to anyone I know in the market, over all a real good experience, we also had a same taste in coffee!
I purchased a Ford Focus from DJR car sales last year. I have had a few issues but most were covered under warranty. The car was immaculate when I received it and it was a good price.

I purchased a Vauxhall Astra from here back in September last year and I am really happy with it. I have had no major issues with it and it was immaculate when I received it. The dealers were very helpful, friendly and patient. No pressure at all. I would happily recommend this dealership.

after visiting djr car sales a couple of times over the past few months and having a good chat with the man who works there(dan) on the ideal car for me, he finally got in my perfect car, when i walked in for a browse, i immediately saw my Mercedes b class which i fell in love with straight away, it ticked all the boxs, dan let me take it out on my own for an hour so i could get a good feel of it with no pressure, when i got back, dan did me a excellent finance deal, i then picked up the car the following week after they had put a new 12 month mot on it and also serviced it. have now owned the car for 2 months, and i still love it, no problems what so ever, i even popped back to say thank you once more and give a bottle of wine! thank you again, can not recommend enough.
