I’ve recently bought a BMW off DM MOTORS. I went from London to all the way to Oldbury where they are based. They sold me the car saying it’s very reliable and nothing is wrong with the car. They told me a lot of lies for them to sell me the car. I come back to London with the car and then the next day that’s where everything went wrong! I start the car the next day and then all of a sudden the dashboard started going crazy with so many signs like oil level low, tyre pressure low and a big engine management sign popped up. I called DM Motors asking for help but they couldn’t seem bothered enough. Now I am stuck with this car!

Bought a Honda off him the next day clutch started slipping and phone the guy up to explain won’t bother listening to me and my mechanic told me that’s clutch was 100% worn when he removed my clutch so I ended up paying 500 to fix it myself won’t recommend buying anyone buying cars off him aviod

I bought a 3 Series BMW Tourer from DM Motors, I'm extremely happy with the motor but I've been trying to get a response on the phone to get a repair done that was agreed the day that I bought it. The phone goes to answer phone and when I leave a message they fail to return my call. Would you feel that they were trying to avoid you?
