Graham Vine.. You were simply brilliant. Personal, understanding, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, courteous, patient and quite frankly an all round gentleman! Many fear visiting a car garage, worried they will be steered to something that is perhaps over budget or not actually what they want. You however were completely different. You understood everything I asked and all with a smile. A little over 24 hours from taking the car for a test drive I was back at the dealership collecting my keys. Do not buy from this dealer if you want to be looked after once you’ve handed your money over. They have no idea of customer rights and the Head of Business has no interest in speaking to repeat customers.
