Saw a car I was very interested in buying arranged to go and view the car then got an email that they have sold it. That's a poor way to treat a customer especially as I had arranged to view the car early in the morning then they sold it during the day.

Dear John, we are sorry that on this occasion the car you were interested in sold before you had the opportunity to view and we are disappointed that you wish to post negative reviews. As previously advised, you emailed on the Friday morning and we did indeed advise that at that time the car was still available and arranged a suitable viewing for you on the Saturday morning. The car then sold later in the day. We emailed you again immediately on the Friday to advise the car had unfortunately sold. There was no deposit to secure the car and the car was therefore still available. We receive a vast amount of enquiries and viewing requests on a daily basis and as you can appreciate we cannot secure a car without a deposit. The comment the dealer (There was no deposit to secure the car and the car was therefore still available. We receive a vast amount of enquiries and viewing requests on a daily basis and as you can appreciate we cannot secure a car without a deposit) has made is totally irrelevant at know point did the dealer ask for a deposit, had they of asked for a holding deposit then I would of been more than happy to pay that. Which bring me to the second point where the dealer has said (We offered to source an equivalent car to which you declined) this again is not correct, I never declined any offer to find another car I simply said I didn't think the dealer would be able to find another car at the same price but I certainly never declined any offer made by the dealer.
I recently bought a car from Doncaster motors. Had a slight problem and car was booked in. Fixed same day, great service and stress free. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future. Recommended. Friendly family sales and same for the garage used for servicing and repairs. 5star

Car are in very good condition as described. Seller even replaced the faulty rear bonnet hinge cover free of charge. They even provide delivery to my home which 200 miles away free of charge. Good communication and honest seller. Strongly recommended!!!

I have used James at Doncaster Motors for my last 3 cars now, they are excellent value for money and the they always find me exactly what I want, I collected my latest in August and can't be happier. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
I purchased a Ford Galaxy in July. The car was clean and in good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were helpful and knowledgeable and the car was a fair price. Overall, I am happy and would recommend this dealership.
