No wonder this place has closed ! They were always very rude to me even when I was a regular paying customer !!!! Useless when wanting help or advice , only ever interested in the money !!! Made snide remarks about my zafira when I took it there to have work done !!! Never again (glad they’re permanently closed ) 😂

The management members need to be sacked and completely changed for this pathetic business to run without hatred or xenophobia. Do not recommend this place.

I have a recovering problem with my car since February 2020 when I bought the car. Till now ( October 2020) they are not able to fix it as they are saying that nothing is happening, however fuel sensor is still not working and they refuse to change it. Very poor customer service. Very bad service and not helpfull at all. Be aware of them.

Bought a used car from Doves Vauxhall in Southampton and when it turned up it was missing the aerial and the SD card for the satnav and it stank of smoke. We were told we couldn't have our deposit back because they'd moved it there. They eventually provided the aerial and SD card but only after 2 weeks of constantly calling and eventually showing up in person. When we paid our deposit we told there would be a 12 month warranty but when we came to collect this was changed to just 28 days! Six weeks later it broke down in the street and cost £800 to repair! When we called to complain they refused to take our calls. Shocking customer service and poor quality of vehicle. Avoid!

Bought new car and recieved an effective and efficient service throughout the process from Doves Vauxhall Southampton.

Don't know how Doves Vauxhall in Southampton can call thereself a main dealer.. Travelling a round trip of 240 mile for an appointment to test drive a car and they let someone buy it when your in the waiting room for a sales person is unbelievable.. No deposit paid they said.. Oh so the 240 mile round trip is our felt for trusting them to stick to what was arranged.. Take my advice and get your vauxhall from somewhere else.. The car was nor even in the condition they said it was in.

Purchased an ex demo car from Doves Vauxhall Southampton it had a few minor niggles but trying to get them to take responsibility for it was like pulling teeth.
