Saw the car I wanted on Saturday, straight down to see Dan Monday Morning , Deposit paid , back in again Wednesday all paid up ... no pressure at all ... Great service throughout, the car was filthy when I looked at it , but a total transformation when I picked it up today ,,,thank you all at Dp Cars .....I highly recommend these guys ..

Bought a slightly high mileage Zafira from Dan at DP Cars. Very helpful, very straight forward and sorted half way delivery -as I live in Eastbourne- for free. Unfortunately an unforeseen issue happened on the way home and we needed recovery and a ultimately new replacement engine! Dan refunded the recovery fees and has dealt with Vauxhall dealership my end throughout and arranged direct payment for the replacement engine. They even offered to help it with a hire car if needed but thankfully we managed with my other car for a few weeks. Unfortunate and frustrating, but just one of those things that can happen and being irate will solve nothing. Daniel has been excellent informative and professional throughout and today the car will be paid for in full and returned to us with a brand new Vauxhall engine in in with only a few miles from road tests. Thank you guys.

Dan at DP cars not only managed to arrange finance and release the car to me all within 24 hours, but the whole experience was phenomenal. At every step I was confident that Dan at DP cars had my best interests at heart. Everything was explained to me clearly and professionally from start to finish. Poor customer service with giving us the car before it being thoroughly checked. Was informed that the car was all okay. With no car experience, I was relying and trusting company to sell us a £5,500 disabled car which had many faults discovered later. When taking my disabled father to an important and emotional day, we come to realise the seat belt wasnt working, the air conditioning wasnt working nor the electric mechanism for wings mirrors. Same day we complained, this was all sorted and looked into and we was told it was all working before it left the garage. Later on admitting it wasnt checked and the car was filthy. Fair enough it was all fixed. However, the following day, the system to hold wheelchair, mechanism failed on a journey to another important day, and my father tipped right back in his wheelchair and we had to stop off the motorway and get him picked up as it was unsafe to drive. This was then looked at my GM coaching who guided us in how to use everything in the car as the garage admitting to having no knowledge with this which is fair enough but truly is a safety hazard. They had been good to fix other problems but at the same time we should have never been sold the car. A couple months later, the air con packed in. Recently been driving with it iced over and dad cannot travel in the car because it's far to cold. Most of the inside has been changed and inspected which needs updating. I wouldnt advise purchasing a disabled car from here. Some service was okay but it shouldn't of happened.
Dan at dp cars bent over backwards to secure me a good purchase on a quality car via finance when my credit wasn't the best. Due to his hard efforts I'm now the proud owner of that car. The staff at dp cars went above and beyond for me and I'm very grateful for the expertise, friendly manner and absolute professional quality service. Will defiantly do business with them again and would happily recommend them too everyone.

The dealers at DP Cars were brilliant. The whole experience of buying my Citroen C5 was quick and easy. The car was in fantastic condition and a really fair price and up to now I have had no issues with it what so ever. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

I could not recommend this business highly enough. I called to enquire about a car at 10am this morning and by 5pm it was sitting on my driveway, financed, taxed, mot'd, serviced and with a 6month warranty. A perfect service that was almost too simple to be true. No wonder they've been trading for 20years!
Happy with car and the service i got in when purchasing my car from this garage. The 2 guys i dealt with were great One comment and i hope they consider this is that there is like a shed yyou have to wait in when getting sorted out that is absolutely freezing, please get some heating, this is the only reason i havent give this place a 5
