Drayton Car Centre is a horrible company they now trade as LONDON MOTORS They sold me a death trap I found out when took my car to the garage for MOT and the garage guy was shocked. No wonder they offered me free MOT. There is nothing like customer service. These people don’t deserve to be trading. People buying cars from these guys please be very careful and vigilant as they want your money only.

Not the first time someone has said this - SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have sent 2 emails to Drayton Car Centre enquiring about a car and no response from them, even if the car is gone, out of courtesy you would have thought they would let you know as they had another model in stock which i would have been interested in had they gotten back in touch with me. I even went direct to their website and submitted an enquiry. As i work I don't have time to call them during the day. As a customer services director for a successful multi-national organisation, appalling customer service frustrates me. They could have the best car in the world and I would never buy from them.

The car we purchased was a Hyundai santa Fe RJ60 SJO, it turned out to be a potential death trap which was condemned by our trusted local garage when we took it to them the next day over an air con fault (which Drayton were supposed to have fixed) Least of our worries as it turned out. The car could not have had any basic checks done by Drayton car center as there were serious and potentially fatal problems with the car. After requesting a full refund the vehicle had to be collected on a low loader as it was not fit for the road. We then had to constantly chase for a refund. To sum up a long story, Drayton car sales is a dodgy dealer with absolutely no morals or care for people's safety. I have seen this car is up for sale again on Drayton's web site. I would stress to anyone considering buying a car from them that they insist on a brand new MOT and a full report on the car including a brake report. We were fools to buy this car, it is our responsibility to insure what we're buying is mechanically sound. But we're still seething that they put making a quick turnover before basic safety checks, a serious lesson has been learnt, I only wish I had read reviews on Drayton Car Centre before rushing in to buying a car.

Ok so calling this garage I had a helpful lady on the phone. I arrange 24 hours prior to traveling from Birmingham to view a car. To arrive to a a car stuck behind several cars. That would not start. I questioned some guy he got in my face and said you don't know who I am he was rude aggressive. Clearly very dodgy thought I was a women but I'm no fool when I asked questions he did not like it. Please do not buy from here. I wish you luck!

I took my wife and daughter to view a 2012 vauxhall astra. When we arrived at Drayton Car Centre they brought the car round for us to look over. we were shocked to find one front tyre completely smooth( no tread ) the other tyre was below 1.6mm limit not only that but front and rear brake pads where worn out to the metal! a test drive would lead to a possible accident or prosecution if stopped by police. overall a very shoddy outfit so steer well clear!!

Cars are wrongly advertised. Drove 2.5 hrs to see a car advertised as 100000 miles and had done 1075000. And it wouldn't even start!! They say they take px but once you are there offer stupid price apx 30% below trade prices. Please do yourself a massive favour and stay well well away!!
