This is my first electric car. It has taken a bit of getting used to, especially the reversing, as we are used to having a clutch, but we are getting there. We drove up to Drive Green from Devon. It was a good experience. All the documentation is straightforward, and you could do everything on your phone. It was also my first time going on a test drive, and they just gave me the keys without any pressure and left me without any pressure, which I liked.

Came across the Skoda Enyaq on Drive Green's website. It is my first time going to the dealership. It was a bit busy when we arrived, so we dealt with a few different people. Everyone was friendly, and it turned out to be a pretty smooth process.

We went to drive green and saw the Ioniq 5 on the forecourt. We have been getting on really well, and Reece the salesman was good. I would give my experience five stars!

Reece at Drive Green was brilliant. From buying the car to picking it up, I can't fault anything. The MG ZS has also been brilliant.

I knew Drive Green had a set of second hand EV’s available in the area, my experience with them was very good indeed, they weren’t too pushy that’s the important thing and they answered my questions in a good way.

They are electric specialists and I saw them on Carwow. At first they didn’t contact me when I clicked interested so I found them myself and rang left a message but no one replied. I noticed the online booking form so did that instead. I love all their online videos on hints and tips and I love the car. However, when we got it home I saw large crack in the windscreen which I hadn’t seen before but non one has responded to my emails. Perhaps I should have called in the first place. Reece was lovely, very nice and we test drove two cars. The dealership test the batteries and check the battery life which is the biggest thing to me as it helped to decide which EV to buy. Collection was really good, the car was lovely and clean. All the things we wanted fixing had been done, and the car had been serviced. They helped me with the Road Tax at the post office. The ability to pay online felt secure and was an easy process. I have already recommended them to other people if they want an EV and would use them again.

I used Drive Green as they are local and they seemed to have a decent selection so I went up and had a look. Everything was pretty good, I can't think of any downside to it at all. Reece was the sales guy, friendly, informative, just what you want really.

I've used Drive Green before and chose them this time as they were local and specialist in electric cars. I've already recommended them to friends. They are not too pushy as sales people. Four stars as I feel the staff could be abit more proactive, however, Reece was friendly and well informed.
