We're very happy with the car, in fact generally very happy with the transaction as a whole. It's our first electric vehicle so we're learning as we go. There's definitely more planning involved but it's a lovely feeling to drive. Everything's been handled well by Drive Green from start to finish. The only reason we've deducted half a point is that we had a few questions about getting a different mileage range when fully charged. But we’ve since learned that things like the weather can affect it—so panic over!

My partner’s had an EV for a while, but the E-Golf’s my first. It’s absolutely perfect for my needs so I’m really happy with it. The guys at the dealership did a great job—professional but friendly. They answered all my questions quickly and were super efficient. I’d have no hesitation in returning or recommending Drive Green to anyone looking for electric vehicles and great service.

The customer service we received from Reece and the team at Drive Green back in November was really excellent. They're a great bunch who were most helpful and friendly. My only tiny frustration was being unable to get our home charging package fitted by the chap they recommended, but we got there in the end. Nonetheless it's fair to say it's been a five star experience all round.

Sorry to hear about the charge point installers, but sadly not all companies are able to work to the standard we would like, and nonetheless the companies we recommend are still much better than the vast majority. But our apologies if they were unable to help, and I will make sure this is followed up with them.
The team at Drive Green are absolutely outstanding and I'd like to say a huge thank you to Reece for his help and support when buying my BMW I3 a couple of months back. I've only awarded 4.5* because nobodies perfect...even though these guys come close.

The Renault Zoe's our first electric vehicle and we've been really happy with it so far. It's lovely to drive and we've had a charger installed at home. One thing we're struggling with is setting up the smart charging app, so we've requested a call back in the hope that Reece can offer some help/guidance. The customer service we've received from Drive Green's been great to date and we're very happy overall.
