We recently visited Drive Green when we decided we wanted an electric car. We were taken on a test drive and shown all the features, including how to connect to CarPlay. They were very friendly and accommodating in terms of arranging a time to pick up the car. The only thing I would have hoped to be made aware of is that electric cars are now subject to road tax. We were not aware of this change, as we are new to electric cars and did not know that the policy had been updated.

The MG has been fantastic. I was originally torn after test driving a few different electric cars at Drive Green. I was deciding between the MG5 and the e-Niro. I preferred the MG5, and now that I have the charger installed, it takes just one night to give me enough charge for the week. I had about 50 questions, and the salesman was able to answer them all, which I was very happy with. I would recommend Drive Green to other people.

Thanks for your review Elliot - it is much appreciated and really helps, and it great to hear the team are doing a good job with our remote sale service.
We are really pleased with the car so far, the staff (Dan & Reece) were great. I have had hybrid company cars in the past, but this is our first 100% electric vehicle. We bought the car without going there to see it which was a mild concern, but the photos and spec were bang on. A few small negatives were the delivery cost (we live 120 miles away and I was unable to drive after a knee op) it was quoted at £322, so we decided to collect. We also had to order a 3 pin home charger cable (not included with the car) this was an extra £149, it arrived okay but had a broken plug, we reported this and received a refund. All that said, if you are looking to “go electric” we would definitely recommend Drive Green.

I'm really enjoying the car so far. The staff were really attentive - I had to switch the car insurance over from the old one to the new one and they were happy giving me time and space to do that. One small negative was that they spelt my name wrong so I had to call the DVLA to update them and sort it out. I'd still give them 5 stars though because it was an honest mistake.
