As a past customer of Drive Vauxhall Haverhill, I was expecting a high level of service when I went to test drive a used Insignia. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the standard of the vehicle presented to me. It had damage on the rear bumper and the front grill was broken. The cover from the clutch pedal was detached and was in the centre console. As if that wasn't enough 3 of the tyres had gouges in the side walls. I wasn't made aware of these defects before travelling (and the photos didn't show the damage). Very disappointing from a main dealer. Amateur service

I have been with Drive Vauxhall for two years wen I got my car from Haverhill they could have been any better so you should go and try them they are the best I have been to, thank you drive Vauxhall. John.
I bought a car a while back from Drive Vauxhall Leicester. The staff on selecting a car were very helpful & knowledgeable for the budget I had available. The only disappointments for me were there were several scuffs on the car that were supposed to be sorted before collection (which weren't) & also a missing parcel shelf which meant i had to go back to them when excellent customer service would have meant they came to me. Little things like that would make them a 5 star service
