Bought a car from these a month ago , got sold the world got home after a 4 hour drive missing documents, no proof of maintenence, correspondence between myself and the dealership/sales rep and sales manager have been extremely arduous to say the least. Got mis sold diamondbrite and a warranty their manager said it was included but had to put a price on the invoice to give it which apparently came off the price of the car!?!?! Avoid my consumer rights are getting invoked the car will go back mark my words avoid.

I have an electric mokka . I have taken it yo Drive vauxhall for all my servicing. I had some warning lights come up on the Dashboard. I called drive vauxhall immediately. They said the couldn't do a diagnostics on the vehicle until the beginning of April. It's the 28th of February!!. I said am I supposed to just leave it on the driveway until then and they said sorry can't do anything about it. My car is under 3 years old and has full manufacturers warranty on it. Its disgusting customer service. I will never use drive again. No help or advice whatsoever. Never will I enter that Dealership again.

Recently brought a 2017 Mini from this garage. Whilst on a test drive I decided to take the car to a tyre dealer as I was sure the tyres looked worn. The independent tyre garage told me that all four tyres would need replacing as they were old and cracking. Told the salesman Laurie this who wouldn’t accept this and refused to take this into consideration with regard to the cost of the vehicle. If I didn’t like the car so much I would have walked away. On collecting the vehicle, the car wasn’t valeted to a very high standard which was disappointing but not the end of the world. As soon as I collected the vehicle, I went to the tyre garage and had all four tyres replaced at my own cost ! £400. To then be told that the tracking would need to be done as it was miles out. So this cost total of £460. To make matters worse I then notice my alloy wheels are all damaged. I called the garage to advise them and ask them to repair and they said they would look into it. I also told salesman Laurie about the tracking and he said he would look into this but i didn’t get the cost of that refunded which I wasn’t happy about. Cosmetically the car wasn’t great and the bonnet stripes needed to be replaced. Again this is something they wouldn’t sort so I had to pay for this to be done myself at a cost of £157. I took the car to be independently inspected at a garage that I trust and they found that there was a fault code stored on the vehicle computer showing a fault with the DPF sensor. That would need to be replaced at a cost of £182. I again spoke to Laurie about this and he said they wouldn’t fix that as it’s not under the “1 month warranty”. I said well obviously the issue was like it when I took delivery of the car less than a week previously and his response was, “I’m not a mechanic my friend”. So frustrating and unprofessional. The garage did say they would refurb my wheels for me but after the way they didn’t want to know about the major issues, I’ve no trust in them to compete any work properly. The refurb they originally did was rubbish so again I’ll have to pay to get it done PROPERLY elsewhere. So all in all, so far the car has cost me around £800. This is after spending approximately £14,000 on the vehicle itself. Very very disappointed with the level of service (or lack of) that I received from this garage and would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. It’s a case of they don’t want to know once they’ve had your money!

I have worked in the Motor Trade for almost 16 years now, the majority of that time as an MOT Tester. I know exactly what to look out for in cars and the type of businesses that you want to avoid. This dealership is one of those places that you definitely want to avoid. The used Lexus that I bought that should have had full Lexus main dealer service history came with one piece of paper showing only one service. No other documentation. I rang up the dealership where it should have been serviced and was told that the last service was done over 20,000 miles ago and that was 2 years prior. They advertised the vehicle as having 2 previous owners yet I am the 4th owner on the logbook. The vehicle was delivered with damage that wasn't present when I bought the vehicle. The MOT was done a day prior and listed no advisories. Yet the vehicle was delivered with damage to the nearside front bumper and a chip which has now expanded into a crack on the driver side of the windscreen. The vehicle also pulls to the left when you drive on the road. In my experience as an MOT Tester that is dangerous. Right from the start there were things that I should have paid attention to. When my finance company tried to pay for the vehicle they tried to add in extra charges which my finance company forced them to remove, when I came to view the vehicle I was told that it was not ready and was in the valeting bay, upon inspection I saw a large crack in one of the trims that I wasn't told about prior to leaving a £2500 deposit. They fixed this but then delivered the car with additional damage. I don't want you to go through the same stress that I am currently experiencing nor do I want you to have the same illusions that I did, which is that they are a franchised dealership and that should ensure you get a good car along with some fantastic service. The last thing I was told in a heated phone call with Ben Saysell who is the sales manager was. "If you wanted a car with full Lexus service history, why didn't you buy it from them then?" This is in response to me asking why the vehicle didn't have full Lexus dealership history as I was told it had. Instead of apologising and admitting they may have made a mistake that was his response. I paid over £20,000 for this stress. Don't make the same mistake please. There are many other dealerships out there, like "Lexus" just as Ben Saysell himself recommended. Go to them, I guarantee you will have better service than this.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE VAUXHALL LEAMINGTON SPA!! Went to check out a car on Saturday, and whilst I was looking over the car, the salesman transferred ownership of my car to Vauxall without my permission. When I said I would not buy the car, the branch manager came out said they had transferred ownership to them, and it was their car now, and if I try and drive it back home, he will phone the police and get me arrested!!! I never even gave them permission to transfer ownership of my car to them When I said I am taking my car home, he mockingly said I would get a mile before the police arrested me! I am now at home 80 miles away, with my car. Don’t trust Drive Vauxhall Leamington Spa, the salesman Kieran and the branch manager lairs, and the branch manager is not interested in resolving the issue. They are lying thieves, go anywhere else.

Drive Vauxhall in Leamington Spa were great, the service was bang on, there was no delays or stress it was all done and dusted in a few days. I had somebody reverse into me a week later but I can hardly blame the dealer for that!
