I took my MG in for a service at 9.30am and told them I live in Coventry and was going in to Leamington to wait for the car rather than sit in the reception for 2 or 3 hours. At 1pm I called and asked if the car was ready for collection. I was told it hadn’t even been taken into the service bay yet and wouldn’t be ready until after 3.30pm at the earliest. Why then ask for it to be taken in early? When I did pick it up, I found that my Apple Air Tag had been ripped out of where I’d placed it under the armrest in a special stick-on holder and left by the gear stick. When I asked what part of the service required the locating and removal of the Air Tag from the interior of the car which was hidden away, I was told that of course no part of the service required that. It was not in an obvious place and was securely fastened and would not have just fallen off. Whoever removed it must have searched the car to find it and then for whatever reason, decided to rip it out and place it next to the gear stick, as if to say, “you can’t fool us, look we found it”. No reason or excuse was given and indeed I was told that they were at a loss to answer the question and they promised to call back after investigation. Needless to say, as of yet, no contact from them. I don’t know if the service was of a good standard or not, as I have serious doubts about the honesty and integrity of the service staff to stick to what they should be doing and not interfere with things that do not concern them. Before writing this negative review I waited until close of business the following day to see if I had any response. I even telephoned again at 3.30pm and asked why I had no response. I was assured that a manager would call back, as expected no a dicky bird! They call themselves professional, I call them ignorant.

We done a 4 hour round journey to test drive a used Nissan, when we got there they said they couldn't find it , they had sold it and didn't bother to tell us, but they did tell us a load of lies , don't ho there , just read the bad reviews
My vehicle has been in twice for entertainment screen & heated seat queries these were not an issue, job well done. First time car boot personal items had been tampered with, brand new fuel canister, full of fuel, cap seal damaged & no longer useable. Second time large plastic container recently purchased for boot storage, lid had been removed & replaced with smaller lid. They possibly damaged lid & tried to cover their tracks by replacing with smaller lid at side of container, totally different container lid. It took a quite a few days for me to realise the lid had been replaced. No other person has ever had access to my car expect their service staff!! Would still recommend to use to resolve any issues with car with a caveat “make sure no items are left in the car, service staff can’t be trusted”
Worse place ever. Enter at Your own risk. They miss sell like it’s a daily occurrence. Once they have your money they do not give a monkeys. There after sales are a joke. Honestly your better buying from Alfred down the road.
Still waiting to hear back after 6 weeks having had the car. They do not care once the money is there’s and they do not stick to there word. We had an agreement to fix interior scratching from previous disability owned - and they have provided no contact at all. Avoid this garage at all costs, because cost you it will.

Bought a car from these a month ago , got sold the world got home after a 4 hour drive missing documents, no proof of maintenence, correspondence between myself and the dealership/sales rep and sales manager have been extremely arduous to say the least. Got mis sold diamondbrite and a warranty their manager said it was included but had to put a price on the invoice to give it which apparently came off the price of the car!?!?! Avoid my consumer rights are getting invoked the car will go back mark my words avoid.
I have an electric mokka . I have taken it yo Drive vauxhall for all my servicing. I had some warning lights come up on the Dashboard. I called drive vauxhall immediately. They said the couldn't do a diagnostics on the vehicle until the beginning of April. It's the 28th of February!!. I said am I supposed to just leave it on the driveway until then and they said sorry can't do anything about it. My car is under 3 years old and has full manufacturers warranty on it. Its disgusting customer service. I will never use drive again. No help or advice whatsoever. Never will I enter that Dealership again.

Recently brought a 2017 Mini from this garage. Whilst on a test drive I decided to take the car to a tyre dealer as I was sure the tyres looked worn. The independent tyre garage told me that all four tyres would need replacing as they were old and cracking. Told the salesman Laurie this who wouldn’t accept this and refused to take this into consideration with regard to the cost of the vehicle. If I didn’t like the car so much I would have walked away. On collecting the vehicle, the car wasn’t valeted to a very high standard which was disappointing but not the end of the world. As soon as I collected the vehicle, I went to the tyre garage and had all four tyres replaced at my own cost ! £400. To then be told that the tracking would need to be done as it was miles out. So this cost total of £460. To make matters worse I then notice my alloy wheels are all damaged. I called the garage to advise them and ask them to repair and they said they would look into it. I also told salesman Laurie about the tracking and he said he would look into this but i didn’t get the cost of that refunded which I wasn’t happy about. Cosmetically the car wasn’t great and the bonnet stripes needed to be replaced. Again this is something they wouldn’t sort so I had to pay for this to be done myself at a cost of £157. I took the car to be independently inspected at a garage that I trust and they found that there was a fault code stored on the vehicle computer showing a fault with the DPF sensor. That would need to be replaced at a cost of £182. I again spoke to Laurie about this and he said they wouldn’t fix that as it’s not under the “1 month warranty”. I said well obviously the issue was like it when I took delivery of the car less than a week previously and his response was, “I’m not a mechanic my friend”. So frustrating and unprofessional. The garage did say they would refurb my wheels for me but after the way they didn’t want to know about the major issues, I’ve no trust in them to compete any work properly. The refurb they originally did was rubbish so again I’ll have to pay to get it done PROPERLY elsewhere. So all in all, so far the car has cost me around £800. This is after spending approximately £14,000 on the vehicle itself. Very very disappointed with the level of service (or lack of) that I received from this garage and would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. It’s a case of they don’t want to know once they’ve had your money!
