Valeting was never done to a reasonable standard better off throwing a bucket of water over it. Scratches and stonechips on the bodywork and windscreen. Expected a lot better from a supposedly reputable dealership but got backstreet garage service.

I've got my last 6 cars from them in 9 years. The reason i keep going back is simple, its local, if they don't have the car im after they will try and find it for me. Their communication is excellent with keeping me informed all the way through the process with calls and emails. Will even help out with lifts if needed. The service is excellent always there to help sort out my service plan out and everything i need.

Always been to Drive Vauxhall in Redcar and only once not got a car from there. They always keep you up to date and whats going on. I find that generally service is really good and it must be to keep me going back. Very friendly and cant speak highly enough about the people at Drive.
