I was interested in a 20 plate Astra Sri vx line located at Drive Leicester, Weston would not arrange bringing it to Weston because they would not make any money on it. They suggested I contact Leicester myself and meet any transport cost incurred. This is despite their promise of arranging for any car within their stock being available. Two hopes of that happening, no hope and Bob hope. Went to Rowcliffes Taunton instead, completely different attitude, car ordered. Drive WSM should advertise, “IF ITS NOT ON SITE NO DEAL”.

A complete waste of time and effort dealing with Drive Vauxhall in Weston Super Mare. We had located a Ford Fiesta at this dealership and arranged for a test drive. We even received a SIM message to say there were looking forward to our visit. We arrived at the allocated time after a 50 mile drive. We walked in and met the sales person who sent the SIM message. We went to test drive the vehicle only to find out that it had already been sold a couple of days before. What a complete and utter waste of time and money. I stated why there hadn't had the courtesy to send a message to say the car had been sold and therefore it wasn't available. The sales person wasn't really interested. If this is the way they treat prospective buyers then I would avoid at all costs.

Went in to look at a new car, came away with a 12.5% APR loan for a second hand Corsa (subject to approval). When the finance started to get complicated (they wanted more a more information) I decided to cancel the order to protect my credit rating. Unfortunately Drive Vauxhall in Weston Super Mare did not see it this way and kept my £500 deposit, despite being told by the salesman that this would not happen. The long and short of this is that walking through the door of this dealership cost me £500. My advice is avoid at all cost.
