I recently concluded a dispute with this dealership regarding a vehicle, which began in November last year and only progressed further after formal legal action was initiated. Even once legal representatives became involved, the process remained slow and poorly coordinated, with little noticeable improvement in communication or organisation. The issue arose after the vehicle was rejected following a manufacturer related problem, including a recall query, which was not resolved. When I initially contacted the dealership to seek assistance, the response received appeared dismissive and unprofessional, which led to the decision to formally reject the vehicle and ensure all further communication was conducted in writing. It is also worth noting that the dealership is not a member of The Motor Ombudsman, meaning that route for dispute resolution was not available in this case. What should have been a straightforward issue was unnecessarily prolonged. Over the course of several months, there were repeated delays, missed commitments, and a lack of clear communication. At multiple points, I was required to chase updates that had been promised but never delivered. Even after legal proceedings were underway and a settlement had been agreed, the process remained disorganised. A collection date was arranged, but the initial commitment was missed without notice. A revised timeframe was then provided and also not met, again requiring further chasing. On the day the vehicle was eventually collected, the situation became particularly concerning. The recovery driver attempted to carry out an inspection beyond what had been agreed, including commenting on cosmetic condition and requesting access under the bonnet. When this was challenged, there were further requests to take possession of the vehicle before payment had been confirmed. The vehicle was only released once the full agreed amount had been received and cleared. To be clear, the matter was only concluded after we ensured the agreed terms were followed. While the settlement was eventually honoured, the overall experience from the length of time taken to resolve the issue, to the repeated missed commitments and the conduct on the day of collection was far below what would reasonably be expected. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise ensuring everything is documented and not relying on verbal assurances when dealing with this dealership.

Bought my son a SEAT Ibiza in May 2022 for £8,600. Gave me the usual sales patter and 2 free MOTs. Got to February 2023 and car required a new turbo £1,200, new steering rack £600, new cam belt £500 and suspension needs repairing. Had to sell the car for just over 4K you do the maths on my loss. As for the 2 free MOTs, it never made the first one. Since went to a reputable Vauxhall car sales room and got a safe car with a good warranty. Been to Driven once and will drive past from now on.

I recently bought a vauxhall mokka from driven cars in stockton on tees and I must say the experience and service was second to none. Many thanks to Jeanette who was very professional and knowledgeable in making my experience a pleasant one. Highly recommended!!!! After one week of owning the mokka and giving it a proper test drive , I am pleased to say that it drives perfectly. It was given to me with a new mot and service .
