Bought my son a SEAT Ibiza in May 2022 for £8,600. Gave me the usual sales patter and 2 free MOTs. Got to February 2023 and car required a new turbo £1,200, new steering rack £600, new cam belt £500 and suspension needs repairing. Had to sell the car for just over 4K you do the maths on my loss. As for the 2 free MOTs, it never made the first one. Since went to a reputable Vauxhall car sales room and got a safe car with a good warranty. Been to Driven once and will drive past from now on.

I recently bought a vauxhall mokka from driven cars in stockton on tees and I must say the experience and service was second to none. Many thanks to Jeanette who was very professional and knowledgeable in making my experience a pleasant one. Highly recommended!!!! After one week of owning the mokka and giving it a proper test drive , I am pleased to say that it drives perfectly. It was given to me with a new mot and service . Many thanks to the staff of driven motor group. I would also like to assure this company that it will be my first choice when looking for my next vehicle from this day on.
Second car we have bought from driven. Jeanette & Carl we’re great both times, very happy with price given for our part ex car. New car was prepped & ready to collect within a few days & 3 years free mot. Definitely recommend

I had to give 1 star as I couldn’t give zero, absolutely great when buying the car, then 3 weeks after purchase, turned a corner and the wheel came off. Had to be rescued and taken to a local garage as bolts has sheared off. Didn’t answer emails or phone call. So a day later I got the garage to do the work as I’m disabled and need a car. £500 lighter for the work. While on the ramps they found another dangerously unsafe job that would need doing another £350 job. This is on top of a couple of daft jobs one of which a Garda light not working would also fail a mot. Eventually got through to the sellers and explained what had happened only to be told “not our fault mate”. I said it is your fault, you sold a dangerously unroadworthy vehicle, that is not for for purpose and I want it sorting. They just laughed at me. I said I had reported them to trading standards, I never got a chance to say but I haven’t given your name, I thought I would give them a chance to put right first. Then the taunting and laughing carried on, even shouting to blokes in the background to hear this, then just hanging up on me. 5 mins later they rang me with a bit more abuse cause I had reported them. Well I have given trading standards your business name now, and your garages name who did the so called mot and work. Hopefully nobody else will have to go through this, and possibly get hurt or hurt somebody else. I would rather put my privates in a bear trap than have to use this place again

I purchased a Maserati from teeside driven car sales from the start of the process to collection I was treated fabulous questions answered swiftly and even though I was delayed picking up the car this was not a problem Carl was fantastic thank you Carl very happy customer
