Fantastic customer service very welcoming and friendly and no pressure to buy. I bought a BMW 320 and its perfect, very happy with it.

I got to the showroom to collect my Renault Megane and everything was smooth, simple and quick. I took a part exchange vehicle with me which was dealt with quickly, I got a great price too. I was really impressed with the car, it was super clean and tidy, inside and out! It looked in better condition than I expected from the pictures, they didnt do it justice, its a really nice motor. There was 1 main gentleman I dealt with and he was absolutely bob on, very helpful, informative and completely on the ball at all times. The customer service was brilliant, I'm chuffed with how the sale was handled and more so for the follow up call checking I am happy with the car, exceptional service, thank you Drumgray, I will be back in the near future,

I can hand on heart say the buying experience with Drumgray Vehicles couldn't have been any better, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, it was brilliant, absolutely spot on. I bought my son a Ford Focus, the car is unreal, very impressive. Everybody has complimented it, and the boy is loving it, as you can imagine. Everything is fine and dandy, super happy with the Passat and more so impressed with the staff at Drumgray. I was dealing with Steven, his customer service was second to none, the lad was great. Soon after buying the car a few warning lights appeared on the dash. I contacted Drumgray and was very surprised at how quickly and professionally it was handled. I took it back to them on a Tuesday morning, they and it booked it in that day and I went and collected it from the repair centre on the Wednesday, the car was back to full health and running perfectly, I couldn't have asked for any more. I'm leaving this review as reviews are something I checked before buying the car, and I think its very important to show potential customers how business' deal with customers and more so, how they handle things when an issue arises. I highly recommend Drumgray.

Impressed with the boys at Drumgray, good staff, easy to deal with, more than helpful and friendly service, it was a breeze. I bought a BMW 3 Series and its running great, no issues very happy with it. The boys did some work on the car for me and made sure it was 100% right before I took it away, cant pick a fault, 10 out of 10!

It was actually good to go to a garage and view a car and not have salesman hound me. It was not like the 'generic dealer' with the hard selling techniques, it was laid back, the people there were great and the whole process was smooth. The Vauxhall Insignia I bought is perfect, I'm well happy. I've been enjoying driving it, I've been all over in it, given it many good runs and really got a feel for it, its lovely.
